The walled town is quaintly charming, easily walkable, and the apartment is very central to the beaches, restos and shops. Owners Violaine and her husband are welcoming and helpful, pointing out scenic walks, historic landmarks and recommending a walk out to the fortress islands during low tide.The building dates from the early 17th century and as expected, shows its age. The apartment also, with its sloped floors and a somewhat polygon shaped entry door. I did not expect shiny and new, so I wasn't disappointed. A nice bonus was the enclosed courtyard where I had a designated table and chairs to relax with a coffee or glass of wine.

Did not get to stay at the property as no access details were provided. No communication at all after booking. Arrived outside property around 18.30PM no access and no means of communication. Contacted Expedia support to no avail. Had to find alternative accommodation for 3 nights. NOT HAPPY.

Nous avons passé un super séjour sur la Côte d'émeraude. Le studio situé intra muros à Saint Malo était idéalement situé. Proche des commerces d'alimentation, restos, laverie. Le.studio était sympa et suffisamment grand pour 2 personnes.Nos hôtes, Violaine et son mari sont super sympa et nous bien conseillé pour les visites à faire.Je recommande.

Le studio, simple, au calme, avec de beaux objets et sa charmante cour est situé dans un hôtel particulier du 17ème siècle ce qui nous immerge directement quatre siècles auparavant à l'âge d'or de Saint Malo: beaucoup de charme.En plus,Violaine Bauer, l'hôte est très sympathique .Chouette séjour.

Idéalement placé. La propriétaire est venue nous chercher à la gare avec une possibilité d’arrivée plus tôt. Point très très appréciable. Immeuble abîmé et studio un peu vieillot cependant.

Petit coin bien sympa

Idéalement situé, avons été bien conseillés par la et le propriétaire pour organiser nos visites. Séjour inoubliable où nous retournerons car il nous manque la visite de la demeure des corsaires. Apparemment du XVIII resté dans son jus très propre ou rien ne manque. Propriétaires très sympa Idéal pour quelques jours.

Studio très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le studio, qui est bien équipé. L’espace est un peu restreint pour trois personnes, mais parfait pour deux. L’immeuble, pour qui aime l’ancien, a beaucoup de charme. La localisation est imbattable : dans la rue commerçante de l’intra muros. Violaine et son mari ont été très accueillants.

Très bon petit séjour le studio un peu vieillot mais je le savais pour autant bien aménager rien a redire. Sauf que ça glisse sur le parquet lol .

Super Lage!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mitten in der Altstadt. Hier kann man vor der Tür sofort die Altstadt erkunden, an den Strand gehen oder die Ruhe im Apartment und im Innenhof genießen.

Séjour en amoureux

Violaine nous a conseillé pour visiter les environs nous permettant de profiter au maximum des quelques jours passés à Saint Malo. Nous avons apprécié la beauté du petit studio décoré avec goût.

Appartement avec histoire

L'appartement est parfaitement situé Intra Muros et on peut respirer l'histoire de la ville. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut autour de l'appartement de la Rue de l'Orme. Un très beau séjour!
