Villa Amber Cherry is a newly built villa with light views of the sea just 250m from small coves where you can bathe and sunbathe. 10 minutes from the great and paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo. Renovation of part of the furniture, such as sofa, declined chair and high quality mattresses in all rooms.

It is located in a small and quiet gated community (Residencial Ámbar) located in Faro Pechiguera, 10 min drive from Playa Blanca, in the south of the island of Lanzarote. The bus stop, shops, bars and supermarkets of Faro Park are less than 5 minutes away.

Luxury villa, quiet, comfortable and cozy, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. Shutters on all doors and exit windows, with adjustable slats to safeguard your privacy and preserve the entrance of light in the morning. Swimming pool surrounded by artificial quality grass, thus giving more m2 of solarium.

It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), living room with flat TV LED type, ADSL Wifi internet connection and telephone, satellite TV with English and German French channels, BBC, ITV. An indoor dining room and another al fresco, full kitchen, with electric grill and pressure cooker. Separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, heated and illuminated swimming pool (cleaning and maintenance of swimming pool and jacutzzi)

Everything about the villa is ideal. The indoor space is well organised and the furtniture of a good quality. Outside is brilliant with a great pool, top hot-tub and plenty of seating etc. The table tennis table is superb and the pool table fun (although passed it best if you're expecting a serious game).Location suited us; quiet but near to some great restaurants and bars and a nice walk to busier coastal places.Finally, the host could not be nicer. In contact throughout, clear instructions and quick response to questions. Would not hesitate to book again.

Amazing stay in a top villa - great location and facilities. The pool, ping pong and pool table kept kids entertained. Lovely hammock and hot tub in beautiful surroundings. Great spot for visiting rest of island. Really recommend Pappagayo beach. Francesca was a great host any issues she sorted straight away. Totally recommend for a family of 4.

A very enjoyable stay in this clean, comfortable villa. We particularly liked the hot tub, pool and pool table. The location is quiet and convenient for the local shops, restaurants and sea side walks.

The villa was lovely. Pool, hot tub and the villa inside and out were spotlessly clean. Francesca was on hand and very helpful throughout the booking process and stay. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Lovely well equipped villa

We enjoyed a great stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the beds were comfortable and great showers, too. The outside space was fantastic, with the covered dining area being used every day to eat and to play cards without them being blown away! We also enjoyed the pool which was cleaned twice whilst we were there. Francesca was a delight to communicate with. We would definitely book here again.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic Villa with everything required to make a great holiday. Heated pool and hot tub ready to go on arrival. Clear communication and instructions from the owner. Great facilities and very clean. Location is 10 mins walk from plenty of local shops bars and restaurants and 10 mins walk from the coastal path into Playa Blanca. We will definitely be returning

Really nice villa

Lovely warm pool & hot tub. Comfortable king sized bed. Well stocked kitchen. Pool table was unusable due to its poor condition- this wasn’t a problem for us however as we don’t play. The villa is surrounded by a low wall and quite open.

Holiday of a lifetime

First time ever for 52yr young lady and her support worker what an amazing villa full time wheelchair use and we managed to get everywhere around the villa. Communication with the owners was very easy and fast response no problem when we asked for anything. Lovely outside space, very comfortable inside and super comfortable bed's, thank you so very much for sharing your property with us.

Home from home (with better weather!)

Just the perfect villa for a stay in the Playa Blanca area. But you will need a hire car to make the most of this location. We loved it. The pool and hot tub were excellent, as was the outside seated areas. The kitchen had everything you would need. And satellite tv was a welcome bonus for the long, dark January evenings Local supermarket was a 5 minute walk away, as were a number of restaurants, some with take away options. Communication with the host, Francesca was particularly good and she dealt with the few issues that arose promptly. Overall, a great villa for a relaxing holiday.

As expected - nice area

Just as expected, clean and as the photos suggest although you do have to pay for air conditioning if you require it, which I didn’t see any mention of. Quiet area but can walk to restaurants in Faro Park (5-10mins) or about an hours walk to Playa Blanca by the sea front. The really amazing thing about this villa is the pool and hot tub and outside area although in August it was extremely windy which I was surprised about which did mean I didn’t use the pool as much as I had expected. Had everything you would expect although missing some basics like bin bags and washing up sponge. I know it shouldn’t be expected but was only left a bottle of water and a pack of biscuits as a welcome gift which seemed a bit mean!

Avoid at all costs

FLIGHTS GOT CANCELLED OWNERS WOULDN'T ACCOMMODATE. WE BOOKED IN FOR ADDITIONAL WEEK WHEN EVENTUALLY ARRIVED NO KEYS, HAD TO WAIT OVER 2 HRS TO GET IN GOT IN LATE THEN THEY STARTED TO CLEAN THE POOL CLEAN THE HOT TUB. VILLA LOOKED LIKE HAD BEEN USED FOR THE WEEK WHEN WE COULDN'T BE THERE. VILLA WAS DIRTY. DIRTY PLATES IN THE DISHWASHER. ##### BEWARE OF CCTV CAMERA WATCHING YOUR MOVEMENT THEY DONT DISCLOSE THIS IN THEIR LISTING NOR DO THEY TELL YOU YOU NEED TO PAY FOR AIR CONDITIONING ##### WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL STAYED IN MANY VILLAS WHERE OWNERS HAVE BEEN MORE THAN HELPFUL.

We had a great week at this villa. The owners directions were clear and we had no trouble finding the villa - we had a 16hour delay to our journey but this didn't cause any problems with the rental at all. The villa has a lovely outdoor area with a great view of Montana Roja (which is well worth hiking up! - the footpath entrance is a 5 mins drive away from the villa). The pool was a big hit with the kids! Clean villa with plenty room for 4 of us, kitchen had everything we needed and there is plenty storage in the bedrooms for clothing etc. The area is nice and quiet with a couple of small supermarkets and restaurants about a 5 min walk away (a couple of the restaurants do take-away). We took a walk along the sea front from the lighthouse toward the main part of Playa Blanca - it is quite a long walk so you'd probably want to drive it if you were planning on eating out or doing any shopping, but if you just want a walk its a nice path (we did 7 miles there and back and didn't reach the end of the walk way!) - All in all a lovely stay - Thank you :-)

The villa was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The grounds were great - having our own private pool was great and the kids really enjoyed the table tennis table and the pool table. The pool table has definitely seen better days and has a bit of a lean on it, but for them it was fine. The contact from the host was great. The information that was sent out beforehand was useful and really helped when checking in. The only thing I’d say is make sure you use the Google coordinates that you get sent to find the property as it’s on a development with 29 other properties that all look very similar.Location wise, it’s very quiet. There’s a small supermarket, think large Tesco Express size about 5 minutes walk away with a few restaurants and other shops nearby. The main centre of Playa Blanca is about a 10 minute drive.We will certainly be looking to stay here again in the future.

Der Aufenthalt im Haus von Francesca war sehr angenehm. Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es leigt in einer ruhigen, kleinen Anlage, nahe der Küste. Ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein.Kleine Kritikpunkte sind: ein paar Gegenstände (Schubladen im Kühlschrank, Billiardtisch, Korbstühle, etc.) haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich und sollten ersetzt werden. Zudem fehlte uns Stauraum in den Schränken, da diese ziemlich voll mit zusätzlicher Bettwäsche waren.Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau denn ansonsten war alles top.Der Kontakt zu Francesca war stets freundlich und kompetent. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und auch die Außenanlage mit Jacuzzi, Tischtennisplatte und beheiztem Pool ist super. Schnelles Internet freut die (größeren) Kinder.Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

I live, in the peninsula, but I am a lover of Lanzarote, visit, all the islands but Playa Blanca, I reach my heart, in Villa Amber Cherry, I breathe peace and tranquility and I still have many things to visit, although the island is not very big there are very nice and interesting things, but you are also at home .....!

Why they chose this property

Because it is close to the sea, it is a small community and it has wonderful views and you do not feel at all enclosed, even if you do not leave it, with the large garden, the pool, the jacuzzi, although that is inevitable with the pleasant good weather. bike rides in such a quiet area and go to the nearby coves with glasses and tube and some bread, to feed the colorful fish that are in the crystal clear waters and swim for a while.

The house has magnificent finishes and high ceilings, that makes the house next to the sea is cool in summer and can do without air conditioners, which are so unhelpful if they can be avoided
