Quite recent house (2000), L-shaped luxury apartment of 170m2, large living room-kitchen of more than 60m2, openwork with 3 large picture windows, 4 large bedrooms, large terrace of more than 40 m2, shaded garden and superb personalized swimming pool (it is children should know how to swim). Close to the sea (1km) and Montpellier. House in peace and hidden from view in a lively village. In short, a small paradise ideal for a family of 5 or 6 people (TV, internet, plancha, table tennis, pétanque, idleness on the spot).
