This is a Standard Elite 1-Bedroom villa (w/ sleeper sofa) with 1 bath room and all onsite amenities available.

The beautiful decorated 1 bedroom 1 bath elite villa creates the ideal setting for an unforgettable Smoky Mountain vacation getaway. The villas sleep 4 and feature a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full bath with stall shower, fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top and coffee maker, a small dining area and cable TV with DVD player.

Conveniently located to the Smoky Mountain National Park entrance (hiking, site seeing, waterfalls, and more) or jump on the trolley (nominal fee for daily unlimited rides, no need to find a parking space) from the resort to downtown Gatlinburg and/or Pigeon Forge (shopping, Dollywood and shows).

Resort includes heated outdoor pools, spa, restaurant, bar, fitness room, arcade room, mini golf, outdoor play area and numerous daily scheduled activities for all ages.

Plus as a guest, you can enjoy Wild Bear Falls, a heated, indoor water park featuring a lazy river, water slides and hot tubs. 4 tickets (normally a fee) are complimentary with the rental as our guest.

Non-smoking, pet friendly (with fee to resort upon check-in).

Great place. Great location. Great fun.

We had a wonderful stay at your rental property. THANK YOU SO MUCH. The property is centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so it made sightseeing and access to fun very easy. The waterpark was fun for the kids to break up the hiking and sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable and there was good space for our family. It was also nice to have the parking only several steps outside the condo! Oddly tho - for such a scenic surrounding we wish the design of the condo would have had a deck or a window view. The resort also needs to migrate to quieter electric golf carts vs the noisy gas-powered ones. We weren't in the condo all that much as the Smoky Mountains were calling us every day!!! We enjoyed the various trails and picnic areas. We also recommend taking the gondola up to Ober Gatlinburg to get a good view of the area.
