Located a hundred meters from the sea on foot in the private and secure year-round area of La Réserve (Palace SPA Michelin-starred restaurant) / La Quessine, this pleasant renovated family villa has a swimming pool (10mx4mx1. 50m) and a large terrace in the heart of a large garden. Ideally located outside the flow of cars whether for shopping (supermarket 5 minutes by car) than for swimming in a beautiful bay (between two Caps). For sand lovers, the Escalet beach is 10 minutes' walk away, that of Pampelonne 5 mm by car. The charming village of Ramatuelle is less than 1.5 km away.

Bonjour, nous avons bcp apprécier notre séjour dans votre maison. La maison est très bien situé.

Bonjour Olivier, nous avons bcp apprécier votre maison et surtout la situation, dans un joli domaine, à quelques pas de la mer et quelques minutes en voiture de pampelonne et st tropez. Nous trouvons que vous pourriez améliorer le ménage et l accueil à l arriver, nous avons du mettre un coup sur les sols et relaver la vaisselle peut etre également aéré la maison avant l arriver. La piscine est un peu bancale et l entretien des arbres pour avoir une plus meilleure vue pourrait également être améliorés. Par contre nous avons adoré la disposition de la maison et ses pièces à vivre et j ai bcp apprécier notre contact avant et pendant la location. Et j espère pouvoir relouer votre maison à l avenir. Très bonne journée Annie

Maison très agréable où il fait bon vivre , dans une résidence calme et protégée ! Sur ce point la description est totalement exacte. La villa est assez grande il n'y a pas d'espace inutile puisque nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps sur la terrasse ombragé ou la piscine qui est elle toute la journée au soleil d'où vous pourrez profiter d'une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le propriétaire est un quelqu'un de très agréable et honnête. C'est un lieu ou je pourrais facilement retourner pour séjourner , j'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié mes congés dans cette maison.
