petite maison bien aménagée

Très jolie petite maison très bien aménagée. Décorée avec beaucoup de goût, elle est assez confortable. Tout est pensé pour y être bien. Bien que située sur une route passante (mais nous étions hors saison donc peu de circulation), le quartier était très calme et à 2 pas de la dune donc un bonheur pour s'y rendre. Merci à Emmanuel qui nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Tres bonne localisation pour la dune

Maison très accueillante, et bien équipée (lave-linge sèche linge lave vaisselle, tables de tennis de table, bbq, fond de cuisine, livres et jeux)... idéalement située pour découvrir la dune du pyla à pieds. Première crique à 10min à pieds. Voiture indispensable pour le reste. Nombreux passage de voiture dans la rue, bouchons du parking du pyla remontant jusqu'à la maison. Une remarque, une seule salle de bain utilisable à la fois, impossible d'obtenir de l'eau chaude en même temps. Dommage que la conciergerie n'ai pas facilité notre séjour en répondant à nos questions.

Merci pour votre appréciation. Elle nous sert à améliorer nos prestations. Nous avons mis en place un nouveau système d'eau chaude afin que les 2 salles de bain puissent être utilisées en même temps. Nous avons également changé de conciergerie pour un meilleur service !

Un moment très agréable en famille

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables cet été en famille. La maison est à 7 mn à pied de la plage, et l’environnement est relativement calme malgré la grande route à proximité. La maison est conviviale, décorée avec soin, la literie est très bonne, et nous avons eu la sensation de vivre dans notre maison de vacances car les propriétaires ont gentiment mis à disposition des jeux pour les enfants. Seul point d’amélioration: la terrasse derrière la maison pourrait être isolée des voisins par une clôture en bois par exemple. Merci à vous pour ces vacances au bord de la mer!

Lovely house in a very convenient location

Great location, 20 minute walk to the Dune and 5 minute walk to the beautifully quiet beaches. The house was pleasantly cool in the heat and extremely well equipped. Lovely area with great beaches and close to Arcachon for restaurants etc. We had a great week here thank you!

Charmante maison à proximité de la dune

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison: elle est charmante, meublée avec beaucoup de goût, la cuisine est très bien aménagé et l'électroménager très moderne et fonctionnel. Elle est bien située pour faire des excursions et la dune est accessible à pied par un petit chemin (superbe au coucher du soleil). Nous avons moins apprécié la proximité de la route et peu utilisé la terrasse pour cette raison. Contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce, il n'y a pas de vélo mis à disposition.

Un propriétaire prévenant et arrangeant, une maison pleine de charme et où il ne manque rien, un cadre charmant et dépaysant, la plage toute proche, bref nous y retournerons assurément avec le plus grand plaisir
