About this property

VILLA ANJA is surrounded by greenery, a few steps from the sea, in an uncontaminated island where you can admire beautiful sunsets and enchanting landscapes. The villa has a private garden that overlooks the beach furnished with tables, chairs and deckchairs in a context of total relaxation that will make your holiday unforgettable !!! The house is located East-South, 15 meters away from the sea, surrounded by pine trees, olives, lemons, flowers. Above all the sea is perfect, clean and clear. The house is small (30m2) but furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The terrace has 35m2, the ground 500m2. Inside the house there is a bedroom with two single beds but in the living room there is a very comfortable French style sofa bed, a bathroom, a kitchen. Guests have to change bed linen several times if they do not want to use a washing machine. Next to the house there is barbicue.
The village of Maslinica is very picturesque with an Alberti Marchi castle in which there is a restaurant. There are small restaurants everywhere. On the island you can rent bicycles and boats.

Alles OK

Alles wie in der Anzeige, super Haus (klein aber ausreichend), Meer ist direkt vom Haus, Sehr ruhig gelegen, super große Terrasse, vom Haus drinnen leider keine Fotos vorhanden aber es ist nicht schlecht, kein Luxus aber alles ok, nicht abgenutzt. Die Vermieterin super nett und zuvorkommend, wohnt nicht in dem Objekt oder Umgebung, steht nicht jeden Tag vor der Tür. Leider ein Stern weniger für ein Paar Fehler in der Anzeige, es gibt nur 2 Plattengasherd, keine Geschirrspülmaschine, kein Wasserkocher, keine Mikrowelle oder Backofen zumindest haben wir keine der oben genannten Geräten gefunden. Es war auch nicht Perfekt geputzt aber auch nicht schlecht. Insgesamt ein super Urlaub. DANKE

Tranquillità e natura

La descrizione della sistemazione corrisponde a quanto da noi trovato. E' una tipica abitazione da vacanza familiare, con spazi all'aperto più ampi di quelli coperti ed è adatta a una piccola famiglia, 3 o 4 persone. C'è quanto occorre per fare una vacanza al mare senza quasi alcuna rinuncia, internet e tivù compresi. Volendo essere pignoli, si potrebbe curare maggiormente qualche dettaglio dell'impianto elettrico e del giardino. Ma a noi non sono sembrate cose importanti per poter fare un soggiorno coi fiocchi. Perché il vero punto forte è la vicinanza del mare (e che mare!), a 20 o 30 metri, e il contesto selvaggio e pulitissimo. Poi ci sono la tranquillità e l'educazione della gente del posto e degli altri turisti: si esce di casa lasciandola aperta e con le proprie cose. I divertimenti sono pochi e semplici, in linea con la vocazione naturalistica e tranquilla dell'isola, ma non infrequenti. Strano avere, invece, qualche difficoltà a trovare pesce fresco in un posto di mare. Per il resto c'è tutto, ma è preferibile recarsi al mercato giornaliero di Grohote (6 km.) per avere scelta più ampia e qualche prodotto locale. Una menzione particolare, infine, per la proprietaria sig.ra Anja, che ci ha addirittura fatto da guida in Spalato (anche questa, assolutamente da visitare!)
