Located in a quiet area, Casa Vacanza Elena is suitable for families with children or a group of adults. Pets are welcome.
It is equipped with every comfort, to make guests feel at home.
The kitchen is complete with excellent equipment: dishwasher, microwave oven, electric fan oven, 4-burner gas cooker, sink with 2 basins with drip tray, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, Italian coffee pod machine, machine American coffee, electric juicer, electric mixer, bottle warmer.
The dining room has an extendable table with 6 chairs, comfortable sofa, tourist information corner with books, information brochures and maps of the area, TV and games for children.
The 3 bedrooms are all comfortable, bright, with digital terrestrial TV, there is free wi-fi internet service.
There are 2 bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: comfortable, with shower, bidet, toilet, heated towel rail, sink, 2 hair dryers, medicine house.
Bathroom 2 with 1 sink, heated towel rail, and toilet.
The house has the following free equipment for children from 0 to 4 years:
4 120 cm long beds complete with sheets, blankets, duvets and pillows, 4 high chairs for eating with cutlery, plastic plates and glasses for children, 4 backsplashes, 3 bouncers for babies, 3 mountain backpacks for children weighing up to 15 kg , 4 side protections for single beds, 2 playpens for babies, changing table with baby bath, toilet reducer (ALL EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN ARE FREE).
In the garden, children can have fun with a nice playground consisting of: swing, slide, trampoline, house, table, small
pool -sand, tunnel caterpillar.
Inside the house, in the basement, there is a beautiful and cheerful playroom for children of all ages, complete with various games.
For the older ones, table tennis, table football, check shooting.
There is a washing machine (available to guests, free washing powder detergent), table, clothesline, ironing board with iron, sink.
The garden is equipped with a gazebo, large table with 8 chairs, large gas barbecue.
Holiday Apartment Elena is completely fenced and complete with a convenient entrance for cars with ample parking.

Why they chose this property

Independent villa renovated in 2012 on mezzanine floor, all on one level with large private garden (gazebo with table, sun beds, barbecue). Nicely furnished with all comforts, Wi-Fi and satellite TV in each room. Independent kitchen fully equipped. Living room and one bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is a large garage and a laundry room. There is also a large parking space at the side of the house.

The house is located in Santino in the municipality of San Bernardino Verbano, 50m from the main village bar, a few miles from all the amenities of Verbania and Gravellona Toce, at the entrance of the National Park of Val Grande on the way to reach Cicogna village and Alpe Ompio. With 5min walk it is possible to reach San Bernardino river where you can fish and swim in the uncontaminated waters and with 10 minute drive you can reach the pretty Mergozzo lake or catch a touristic ferry from Intra or Pallanza for an Island Tour.
The location is perfect for excursions on Maggiore Lake, Borromean Islands, Orta Lake, in natural parks (Natural Park of Val Grande, Alpe Veglia, Alpe Devero), the Botanical Gardens, the Baths of Premia and Crodo, for summer and winter excursions in the mountains (Macugnaga, Mottarone Vigezzo Valley, Bognanco Valley, San Domenico and Domobianca) where you can sky and practice snowshoes in wintertime. In the surrounding area you can also enjoy golf, water sports, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing.
