Apartment in modern residence ideally located and close to all amenities, nestled in a quiet corner of Anse Mitan and enjoying a splendid view of the Pitons du Carbet and the sublime bay of Fort de France as well as from the side. The comfortable, bright and well-equipped T2 has a terrace with garden furniture and lounge chairs.
High Speed Internet Access. Wireless.
1 air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed, shelves and wardrobe.
The fully equipped American kitchen is open to the room which is also air conditioned. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mini oven, electric coffee maker ... At your disposal, a cooler for your travels. You have a lounge area with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV and DVD.
A sleeping area with a 140 bed has been fitted in the main room.
Shower room with vanity unit, 80 cm shower tray and toilet.
Household linen is provided, excluding beach towels.
Parking space in the closed residence with electric gate.
