* VIEW: clear, facing a wooded environment, from a 3rd floor (with lift). The sea is visible from the windows.
* Closed PARKING: availability to park and to protect the car inside the building’s setting.
* PEACEFUL: it’s a quiet area, because of its geographic position and its small distance of the city centre. It's possible to listen to the relaxing sound of the waves, in the night.
