Completely renovated 82 m2 appartment, 3rd floor, in a charming typical, basque style house. Fantastc views on the city´s roofs and the Rhune mountain whilst the sea visible from the balcony. Large volumes. Very modern decoration including furniture and lighting from the best italian brands. Hardwood flooring. Picasso, Modigliani and Matisse copy paintings on the white walls. Impressive daylight. Fully equipped kitchen: Dish and clothes washers, micro waves oven, expresso machin...etc.

A great apartment which is even better than the photos show.Very comfortable and spacious.Bertrand was a great host and always responded promptly to any questions.Great location, easy walking distance to everything.Loved the light and sunny rooms and the great views.Highly recommended.
Bertrand is a wonderful host, readily answers all questions and is quite helpful. The apartment is a modern apartment in an old building. It is well appointed. It is however, it is on the third floor with 5 or six flights of stairs. If that is not a problem, I would strongly recommend this property.

Un très bel appartement dans le vieux quartier de St Jean, à côté de St Jean Baptiste, à 2 mn de la plage. L'appartement est vaste et très clair, et possède tout ce qui est nécessaire pour la vie quotidienne. Pas besoin de voiture. Un séjour parfait, malgré le mauvais temps

L’appartement est très beau, spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. A 2 pas de la grande plage, super pratique. Le contact avec le propriétaire est facile car il est facilement joignable. À noter cependant l’église juste à côté avec les cloches qui sonnent jour et nuit donc boules Quies à prévoir . Mais nous reviendrons…
Très bel appartement placé au coeur du centre ville, vous parcourez tout à pied, du marché à la magnifique baie de Saint de Jean de Luz qui est à deux pas. L'appartement est très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. Le propriétaire est très disponible et à votre écoute.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre de la ville, à deux pas de la plage et des commerces et de la gare. Très bel appartement situé au 3è étage sans ascenseur donnant sur une jolie vue grâce à son balcon filant. Très bon accueil du propriétaire
