This was our 3rd year here and we LOVE this house!! It fits our large family perfectly - plenty of room to spread out and be together at the same time. Everyone is able to have their own bedroom/bathroom, 3 refrigerators to hold all the food/drinks we need for 15 people. The home is clean and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. We liked the updates that were made this year (refinished table, new chairs/stools and a few other extra touches). The beach is clean and it’s like having the whole beach to yourself! We have 7 very active grandsons and don’t have to worry about them kicking sand or running over someone sitting next to us…..because there isn’t anyone sitting next to us! The only inconvenience we’ve had is the pool. It’s a little small for large groups, not able to be heated and on the shaded side of the house, so it’s always too cold in October. It’s very clean and the kids do their “polar plunge” a day or two during our trip, but it’s a quick in and out. We have enjoyed all 3 stays at Avenida 13 and are already thinking about year 4!!

Be sure to take your own.Housekeeping stole my brand new Birkenstocks sandals with claims they never saw them.

These are to help guests get settled for the first day or two. This is standard practice in vacation rentals, and guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Regarding your concern about the missing sandals, we take claims like this very seriously. Our team thoroughly checks each property after departure, and if any personal items are found, we make every effort to contact the guest and arrange their return. At this time, the item you described has not been located or reported by our inspections or housekeeping staff. Family Getaway

This house was absolutely beautiful! The house was extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional, polite and helpful. This was our first stay in Pensacola and if we are every back this way this house will be our first choice. Awesome beach front home

We had a great stay at this awesome home. It was clean and was just like the pictures. Great location right on the beach with easy access. Only real comments would be 1-We wish the home came with beach towels and beach chairs and 2-the pool was small and was dirty with leaves and sand. It never got cleaned after the storm for the week we were there We would stay here again.

The kitchen appliances are awesome and having 3 refrigerators was such a bonus. Couldn’t have asked for more.
