House / Villa with garden - Anacapri

Ideal setting for a peaceful holiday aiming at the discovery of the unique beauty of the island of Capri. The villa is located just off the road connecting the unspoilt village of Anacapri and the famous Blue Grotto at seaside. Guests can enjoy the quietness of ample gardens, colourful sunsets and beautiful view over the island of Ischia. Villa thouroughly equipped and recently refurbished with wide terraces. The house is spread over three levels. You can go upstairs from the living room by an internal staircase, also equipped with a power chair for elderly people. A third independent level - four people bedroom with private bathroom - is outside at garden level where you can go through an external staircase. Guests can also enjoy organic produce from the home garden during the summer.

Molto spaziosa interno e bel terrazzo. Trascurata manutenzione e scarsa pulizia. Proprietario cordia

Il proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha concesso uso propria auto (a pagamento) estremamente comoda x girare l'isola. La posizione bella ma come tutte, lontana da centro di Anacapri e dalle spiagge. L'unica pecca è la manutenzione dell'immobile e la non pulizia soprattutto in cucina (parecchi generi alimentari presenti aperti e scaduti da parecchio tempo)

Grazie per i suggerimenti. Sugli alimetari aperti e scaduti si è trattato di un banale disguido in fase di pulizia dovuto alla fuoriuscita di precedenti ospiti solo il giorno prima. La manutenzione dell'immobile, peraltro non facile anche per gli ampi giardini, prvede interventi a rotazione. Lo scorso anno è stata rinnovata l'inera facciata, mentre nel prossimo autunno è prevista la ritinteggiatura interna.

Inspiring

We loved to be in that house. We felt the good spirit of the family, who owns it, in every room. The surrounding is green and calm, and from the garden you have a wonderful sea-view. The bus-staton is one minute away, but you can easily walk to the village of Anacapri, where you still find the traditional Capri. We'll surely come back. Thank you, Gianpaolo!

An enchanting refuge close to all the sites.

Perfect holiday

The house is very comfortable and the ample terrace and gardens, together with the view over the sea and the isle of Ischia make the stay particularly quiet and relaxing. The bus stop is just off the road and the local public transport service is very reliable. Anyway a 15 minutes walk takes you the lovely village of Anacapri or to the enchanting Blue Grotto. Capri on the whole surely deserves a holiday! Gianpaolo is a very kind host and available for any information you may need.
