Come to rest in a recent house (summer 2012) ranked furnished 3-star tourism, 900 m from one of the most popular beaches of the Ile d'Oleron Vertbois, near bike paths and the forest of St. Dominic - Trojan-the-baths. This house has 3 bedrooms, a living room / kitchen of 35 m², a bathroom / wc with walk-in shower. In addition to its 75 m² it offers a garage and a terrace, on a completely fenced and shaded 800m². You will have all the equipment necessary for the tranquility of your holidays (dishwasher, large refrigerator / freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, tv, dvd player, washing machine, iron and ironing board, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, 4 relax ...
Ile d'Oleron offers a multitude of beaches and activities in a radius of 15 km: large sandy beach for lovers of waves, small rocks for fishing on foot, beach overlooking Fort Boyard ... not to mention its various fishing ports (like the cotinière) or pleasure boat, as well as its lighthouse and all its markets ... Located south of the island of oleron a visit on Rochefort, La Rochelle, Royan or the wild coast will be able to be considered.
You will be welcomed by the owner who resides on the Ile d'Oleron with an assortment of homemade jam and depending on the season of tomatoes or aromatic herbs from the owner's garden.
Christmas holidays Christmas tree and Christmas decorations are provided free of charge. The prices are all charges included (water, edf). IN JULY, AUGUST ONLY THE TAX OF STAY IS TO BE ADDED EITHER 1EUROS50 PER ADULT AND PER NIGHT;

Nice and cosy, close to beaches

The house offers everything you need. It is in good shape. Beds are comfy. The private backyard is securely fenced so neither your children nor your dog won't get lost. The location is in walking distance to the beach. Large supermarket is 5 minutes away, little shopette 2 minutes. This was our second stay in the house and we will surely be back again. Très belle semaine au Vert bois! Maison fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. Jardin bien isolé des voisins et en L ce qui permet d’avoir toujours un coin à l’ombre et une au soleil. Véhicule stationné dans la parcelle avec portail, les enfants et les chiens sont en sécurité.Plage facilement accessible par le sous bois à pied ou en vélo. Hôte sympathique disponible, et petit cadeau à l’arrivée qui fait toujours plaisir (même si on ne l’a pas bu!) Adresse à retenir!

Het huisje was "oppervlakkig"net maar in detail absoluut niet.Als wij betalen voor een eindschoonmaak dan verwachten wij ook het huisje kraaknet zelf te ontvangen. Wij betaalden ook voor een handdoekenpakket maar dan is 1 grote badhanddoek per persoon voor 1 week toch echt wel weinig. Huisraad was ook op sommige vlakken ondermaats (wij hebben een en ander zelf bijgekocht). Ondanks dat eigenares ons ging ontvangen, heeft ze niet eens een half uur op ons gewacht (na een rit van 900 km is het op enige minuten na niet juist te passen wanneer de tijd van aankomst is). Eigenares kon ook eens terugkomen aangezien ze daar zelf niet ver vandaan bleek te wonen. We zouden via een franstalig contract van abritel doorkregen hebben dat er geen wifi was en enkel een tv met franse zenders maar dergelijk contract hebben wij nooit ontvangen. Dit is toch niet meer van deze tijd dat je enkel naar 100 franse zenders kan kijken... Het huisje was zeker niet goedkoop dus verdient wel meer service.

Tout d abord pour le fait que la maison ne dispose pas de wifi cela est noté clairement dans l annonce sur abritel et cela etait de nouveau noté dans le contrat. Ces locataires me soutenant le contraire pour mettre fin à la discussion sur le wifi j ai du leur envoyé une photo de l annonce par message et le contrat envoyé avant par mail. Pour les serviettes c est totalement faux je laisse toujours deux serviettes par personne un tapis de salle de bain...D ailleurs jamais ils ne m ont sollicité pour des serviettes supplémentaires ce que j aurai pu leur amener. Concernant leur arrivée je demande toujours aux locataires de reajuster le jour même 1 heure avant ce sont les seuls locataires qui malgré mes envois de mails et message ne m ont pas répondu Comment puis je deviner qu avec la route qu ils ont ils n auront que trentes minutes de retard .. Ils avaient certes pris le pack avec le ménage mais ils m 'ont laissé le refrigerateur non vidé les bouteilles en verrre et même un cubi de vin à moitié dans la cuisine ..et surtout un lave vaisselle plein d eau... ou une pièce etait démonté ... et surtout jamais ils ne m ont prévenu .. HEUREUSEMENT des locataires comme cela sont rares et d habitude il est toujours agréable de discuter et échanger avec les locataires . Pour le tarif peut être n auraient ils pas du louer une maison avec 3 chambres pour 2...

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schön renoviertes Haus mit moderner Einrichtung. Freundlicher Empfang durch eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Der Strand ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.Wir waren mit unseren zwei Katzen da, die sich in dem komplett abgeschlossenen Garten wohlgefühlt haben.

merci pour la notion de l emplacement .la notion de très simple sur ce logement est une première en 12 ans . la maison a quand meme lave vaisselle ,lave linge four hotte,bouilloire senséo,...etc...noté de façon clair dans le descriptif. en effet si vous recherchez des équipement particuliers (chaine tv payante,douche thalasso equipement hitech )je vous invite en effet à revoir votre budget qui n est pas en corrélation avec vos exigences.(540 la semaine pour 7..) et à bien lire le descriptif des maisons pour vérifier si il répond a vos critères.

Location super! Notre hôte très accueillante et très bonne communication avec elle. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Et le top c'est l'emplacement à côté d'une belle plage et des pistes cyclables. Nous y reviendrons très certainement!!

Das ist unzulässig. Für die Verbindung wurde in der Beschreibung kein WLAN geschrieben. Für das Wetter bin ich leider nicht der Herr der Sonne. (C est inadmissible .pour le Wi-Fi c est noté dans le descriptif et le contrat pas de connexion Wi-Fi!! pour le temps humide je n ai pas la prétention de commander le soleil.!!!

Tolles Haus!

Es war alles da, was man braucht. Modern eingerichtet. Es liegt sehr nahe am Strand. Wir konnten immer mit Rad fahren. Auch in den Ort gab es einen schönen Radweg( ca. 2,5 km) Und eine sehr sehr nette Vermieterin. Gerne wieder!!!

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. La maison est extrêmement agréable, totalement conforme à l'annonce et très bien meublée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien pour profiter de notre séjour, y compris à l'extérieur où un salon de jardin et de nombreux transats en plus de la table et des chaises étaient à notre disposition. La maison est très bien située avec les pistes cyclables et la plage à côté, un bonheur ! Notre hôte Laetitia a été adorable, compréhensive et arrangeante. Merci encore !

Très belle location, fonctionnelle, propre. Emplacement vraiment génial. Non loin de la plage du vert bois et de tous ces surfeurs. Spectacle garanti ;) Nous n avons pas utilisé le jardin mais il a l air vraiment très agréable avec son mobilier de jardin. Merci beaucoup pour votre souplesse quant à notre départ.
