Stone house apparent, restored and renovated recently tastefully, consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ...), dining area with table for 4 to 6 and lounge with sofa, TV with TNT satellite reception, stereo, DVD player, wireless internet, and a small private terrace, nature side, with table for 4 people, barbecue, umbrella. Be careful sheets and towels and kitchen are not included. The apartment must be returned clean the day of your departure.

Hébergement très bien situé, dans un cadre pittoresque. Il y a plusieurs chemins possibles pour de belles balades à vélo ou pour se rendre facilement à la plage, au Château-d'Oléron ou à Grand-Village.Idéal pour un couple avec un enfant. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. De plus, la petite terrasse située à l'arrière permet de profiter du petit-déjeuner et du déjeuner à l'ombre.L'hôte veille à ce qu'on ne manque de rien et répond toujours très rapidement aux messages.

Les photos sont fidèles et le cadre est super sympa, placé en retrait par rapport à la route principale, nous n'avons eu aucun désagrément sonore. Idéal pour une petite famille comme la nôtre (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Le propriétaire répond très rapidement et très clairement. Les pierres de la maison garde la fraîcheur et c'est très agréable. Merci encore. Meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

Votre altesse, Je vous suggère de changer vos lunettes OÙ d’apprendre à lire.Le lieu figure bien sur la carte du site, ainsi qu’à 2,5 km des plages en photos. Désolé que les domestiques n’aient pas allumés la TV…. Vous n’êtes pas dans un 5* mais dans un ancien fief. En pleine nature paisible et en bordure de forêt loin de l’agitation citadine. La prochaine fois restez dans votre hôtel 5*****sur l’île de Ré. Nous faisons partie du petit peuple…..

Séjour très appréciable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est cosy , au calme , petite mais bien équipée. La localisation est très bien. Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'on entend pas mal les déplacements des habitants du dessus mais ca n'a pas été si dérangeant.

Tres bel endroit . Excentré et calme. A VELO Attention si vous ne connaissez pas l ile complique de se reperer avec la carte cyclable de l office du tourisme. Un conseil telecharger l application Mappy section cycles qui vous sera d une grande aide.

Schönes, helles Haus - wir waren schon mehrfach dort

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber praktisch geschnitten. Man bekommt alles für 3-4 Personen unter. Die Ausstattung ist prima, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und auch in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation ist freundlich und schnell.

Erholsamer Urlaub auf der ile d'Oleron

Alles sehr angenehm und in Ordnung! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut ausgerüstete Ferienwohnung. Einziger Minuspunkt - für uns - dass man die ganze Bettwäsche mitbringen musste, das war noch nie der Fall und wir hatten schon viele Ferienwohnungen in Frankreich.

A la campagne mais commodités proches en voiture. Proche piste cyclable, 15 mn de la première plage en velo. Bien situé, bien équipé, propre. Manquent des moustiquaires pour plus de confort. Idéal pour découvrir l'île.

Canapé lit instable et dangereux

Je connais désormais les urgences de Royan ! Le canapé s'est renversé en pleine nuit ...entorse cervicale pour mon fils. Je passe sur le ménage douteux ,la télé qui ne fonctionne pas et l'absence de couverts "fruits de mer" à Oléron c'est légèrement curieux ( deux couteaux à huîtres et une pince à crustacés) ... manque une plaque de rangement dans le frigidaire .... pas grand chose à faire pour que ce soit agréable.... je ne dis pas plus car terrasse minuscule et salle de bain exiguë...j'oubliais ! Il ne faut pas avoir peur des souris.

Studio aménagé avec soins du détail. À 15mn de la plage en vélo. Petites terasses devant et derrière, c'est selon l'envie d'être au soleil ou à l'ombre.
