Beautiful property, with much detail on quality!

Several levels in the garden. Well maintained garden with flowers. Petanque court, table tennis and swimming pool with bar. House well decorated, good beds and plenty of room.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Das Trampolin und die Boulebahn teilt man sich mit den Gästen aus der Ferienwohnung unterhalb. Das war für uns aber kein Problem. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Pool/Terrasse.

Environnement magnifique

Maison très propre et très spacieuse, avec une grande terrasse et jardin parfaitement entretenus par des jardiniers très aimables. plein de fleurs. Parfait pour ceux qui aiment la nature et les balades, et la ville de Lamastre à côté est très agréable avec son marché et commerces. Les baignades ds la rivière n’ouvrant que fin juin, nous avons profité de la piscine

Week voorjaar

Prachtige woning voor 8-10 personen. Heel ruim, netjes, en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Fijne bedden, douche, bad, keuken, wifi ... En: mooi uitzicht. Klein dorpje op 5 minuten rijden, iets groter op 15 minuten. Heel aardige beheerders, goed te bereiken.

Agréable Séjour à Labatie d'Andaure

La maison et les extérieurs sont très agreables et très bien entretenus. La pièce principale de la maison est grande. La cuisine fonctionnelle mais manque un peu d'équipement pour une maison pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Les chambres: une très belle et très grande chambre double avec SDB au RDC, puis une toute petite sous les toits à l'étage. Une chambre d'enfant parfaite. Les 2 autres chambres doubles sont de bonne taille mais avec des lits twins dont une sur la mezzanine du salon. Grande disparité de la qualité des chambres. Les hôtes sont très très réactifs en cas de problème et envoie quelqu'un tout de suite. Nous avons passé un bon séjour entre amis !

Premier séjour en Ardèche

Très agréable séjour ! Le gîte est en tous points conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. La maison est spacieuse et confortable et la table de pingpong est un plus lorsque le beau temps se fait attendre... La suite parentale au RDC facilite un séjour avec des personnes âgées. La région est superbe et il fait bon se balader pour profiter des beaux paysages.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé de parfaites vacances. La maison est spacieuse, bien fonctionnelle et très accueillante. A deux familles, nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Un Noël tout en douceur au grand air

Nous avons passé un très bon Noël en famille. La maison est très confortable même l'hiver et la cheminée est très agréable. Nous nous sommes bien baladés dans les villages autour et dans la forêt. Le plus, une unité de vie complète au RDC, idéale pour la mamie qui ne peut plus monter d'escalier. En bref un bon séjour !

Séjour à l automne. Vue magnifique ! Gite très bien équipé pour un séjour avec des enfants, très spacieux, soirée autours de la cheminée ! Jardin très bien entendu, le paradis des enfants avec bac a sable, trampoline et de la place pour courir ! Très propre. Pleins de loisirs dans la région. Nous reviendrons !

Maison très belle et confortable

Très agréable séjour. La maison est nichée sur les hauteurs, la vue est belle est le jardin splendide. Tout est très fonctionnel et confortable. À préciser peut être pour les enfants en bas âge qu il y a 2 piscines sur le terrain et qu il faut redoubler de vigilance. Re-Préciser également si le ménage est compris ou pas ds la location, pour nous ce n’était pas clair.

Une belle maison dans un jardin magnifique

Un excellent sejour de deux semaines dans cette belle maison tres bien aménagée. Le jardin fleuri, la piscine entretenue, le trampoline, le ping-pong, le terrain de pétanque. Un régal pour un sejour en famille. Un seul bemol, le rez-de chaussée d’une partie de la maison est egalement loué pour 4 personnes, avec une autre piscine. Donc un peu moins de tranquillité, mais l’ideal est de louer en même temps que des amis.

Erholsam und viel Pool genossen

Es waren tolle entspannte Ferien das saubere Pool haben wir sehr genossen Wanderwege sind etwas weiter entfernt und anders zum orientieren als im Schwarzeald oder Südtirol Gastgeber angenehm und erreichbar wir danken herzlich für diese Ferien

Amazing Gite in a stunning setting

We returned to this Gite this year. We never do this and that shows how much we enjoy this property. It is perfect for families, the Gite itself and the gardens are beautiful. The pool is great and the boule and table tennis were enjoyed by everyone.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Labatie-d’Andaure. La maison est spacieuse, avec une suite parentale de rêve, et très bien équipée. Le jardin est ravissant et parfaitement entretenu. Piscine super avec de nombreux transats. Quelques activités proches. Les propriétaires sont charmants.
