LOCATION:

Villa Los Ensueños is located at the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

The villa is located at La Cana golf course (Tortuga) and is WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH!

The resort is home to 2 oceanside golf courses (Corales by Tom Fazio and La Cana by P.B. Dye), luxury hotels, The Spa, the Oscar de la Rental tennis center (tennis, paddle, and pickleball courts), an equestrian center & polo club, pristine beaches and beach clubs, nature trails and freshwater lagoons, fantastic restaurants, and more. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort - 1 kilometer or less than 1 mile from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have one golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Villa Los Ensueños is a charming, 7000 sq. ft., 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, 2-story villa. The 5th bedroom was added in 2023/2024, and the villa was refreshed around the same time!

You’ll feel right at home and so relaxed staying at this villa. The villa’s name says it all: This is the villa of your dreams.

As soon as you step through the front door, the spacious living- and dining areas instantly welcome you home. Tortuga is a great and very safe neighborhood where most people leave their front- and terrace doors open to let the tropical breeze flow through.

The comfortable living area has new furniture and is a great place to watch TV and relax. Enjoy your formal dinners at the indoor dining table which is right off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare delicious meals during your vacation. However, if you don’t feel like cooking, you have the option to hire a private chef for the duration of your stay!

The large terrace doors slide open to give you an amazing indoor-outdoor living space. The ample terrace is covered by a tropical “Cana” palm leaf roof, which always keeps the space shaded and cool. Here, you can dine and hang out with friends and family, or take a nap in one of the hammocks. Jump in the newly refurbished swimming pool and or slide into the bubbly waters of the adjacent Jacuzzi. The backyard is a lovely green space with a lawn, and palm trees facing the golf course.

Upstairs, you’ll find a few cozy indoor- and outdoor sitting areas. The large balcony at the back of the villa is covered and is a great place to retreat and play a game of cards or domino. There is also a smaller balcony at the front of the house, which overlooks the street.

THE BEDROOMS:

Los Ensueños has 5 bedrooms - 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, TV, closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity PLUS an outdoor jetted bathtub, and access to the covered balcony a with view of the pool area and backyard.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 2 Queen beds, TV, closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the covered balcony with a view of the pool area and backyard.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with 1 Queen bed, TV, closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the terrace, pool area, and backyard.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 2 Full beds, TV, closet, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5 (downstairs) with private entrance, 1 King bed, TV, closet, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.

VILLA STAFF:

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English/Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
