Perfect house!!! Perfect location!!!

The house is amazing!! Bright clean, very neat and well organized! The stylish furniture and all appliances you need! And the location is wonderful: I will miss the sunrise and the amazing and quiet view over the lake, looks like a portrait! we enjoyed to stroll around the neighborhood and everyone was sooo friendly there! We loved all beaches and nearby restaurants, specially ristautante pizzeria da Buicci! Maria, you are a great host!! The amenities and welcome drink you left in the house for us show how you care for your house and for your guests. Hope we can come back again and again!

Kurzaufenthalt in Chia

Tolle Zeit in der für uns idealen Wohnung. Toller Blick auf Stagno und Strand. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, vor Allem reichlich Kochutensilien!

Relax con splendida vista in un appartamento confortevole

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il patio retrostante è dotato di una doccia utile per togliersi la sabbia al rientro dalla spiaggia. Il soggiorno è rilassante, la cucina super accessoriata. La vista sugli stagni con i fenicotteri, sulla torre e sulla spiaggia di Chia che si gode dal finestrone è magnifica. In 5-15 minuti di auto si raggiungono le varie meravigliose spiagge di Chia e Tueredda. Ottima comunicazione con l'host Maria, check-in e checkout semplicissimi.

Quand les travaux gâchent tes vacances

Premier matin : reveil au marteau piqueur et à la perceuse à 7h30... puis tous les jours sauf le dimanche.. les travaux de rénovation de la maison d'à côté qui est jumelée à notre hébergement. On ne part pas en vacances pour avoir ça a supporter pour 750 euros les 6 jours !

Agréable maison de vacances.

Endroit parfait pour passer De bonnes vacances dans le Sud de la Sardaigne. La maison est idéale pour un couple et deux enfants, la vue est incroyable sur la lagune avec les flamants roses et l océan au loin. La maison est très équipée et on peut cuisiner. L’accueil est très facile avec des prioritaires à la fois discrets et présents si besoin. N hésitez pas !

appartamento pulitissimo e completo di ogni accessorio utile. ben organizzato, molto piacevole con vista spettacolare. avendo le zanzariere si possono lasciare le finestre aperte e quasi non c’è bisogno dell’aria condizionata (comunque disponibile). tutto molto gentili e premurosi per organizzare sia l’arrivo che la partenza. si può solo consigliare!!!!

Vacanza all'insegna del relax

Siamo stati ospiti presso questa splendida casetta dal 27/7 al 4/8 e ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente. La casa gode di una meravigliosa vista su Sa Colonia e la torre di Chia: si trova infatti praticamente di fianco al Chia Laguna. Quindi è molto comodo raggiungere le spiagge della zona, anche se serve comunque un auto per arrivarci. La zona è molto tranquilla. La casa è ben fornita ed estremamente attrezzata, esempi sono il tosta pane, la lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, Wi-Fi e tv, nonché il forno e tantissime stoviglie. Dotata, inoltre, di aria condizionata. Inoltre è presente un piccolo spazio esterno, in cui si trovano stendino, doccia e un piccolo tavolino. La padrona di casa, Maria, è gentilissima e si occupa di tutto con la massima cura e precisione, rendendosi disponibile per qualunque necessità. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo e avendo l'occasione ci piacerebbe tornare qui!

Casa molto carina con splendida vista sulla spiaggia di monte Cogoni. Ben accessoriata di tutto. Uniche pecche vetrata non molto pulita e scarico del bagno che non funzionava, ma sono cose che possono succedere ed alle quali la proprietaria, molto gentile e disponibile, avrà già ovviato. Necessaria la macchina per poter raggiungere la / le spiagge di Chia, il market ed anche il villaggio Chia Laguna se si desidera assistere per esempio agli spettacoli serali. A meno che non vi piaccia camminare ovviamente. Sicuramente da consigliare

elegantes Reihenhaus mit tollem Ausblick

großzügig und freundliche Unterkunft mit allem Komfort; sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Panoramafenster (komplett mit beweglichen Fliegengitter versehen) bieten einen fantastischen Blick auf den Genueser Turm und den Strand. Leider keine Terrasse auf dieser Seite. Zum Ärger meiner Tochter war kein Wlan/Wifi verfügbar. Chia ist eigentlich kein Ort, sondern nur eine Straße mit vielen Restaurants und zwei Lebensmittelläden. Die Parkplätze in der Nähe der Traumstände sind kostenpflichtig, zudem muß man noch 5-10min zu Fuß zum Strand laufen.

Pessima soluzione

Arriviamo e la casa è impegnata: si sono confusi (però l addebito del pagamento era già stato prelevato). La proprietaria ci manda in albergo 2 notti, albergo di media qualità e pulizia inesistente. Poi le altre 2 notti ci trasferiamo nell appartamento prenotato( abbiamo pagato 1000 euro per 2 notti di un albergo mediocre e due notti nell appartamento😱)Appartamento Carino. Senza però neanche un foglietto di carta igienica e con lo scarico del bagno che non funzionava. Doccia pulita non adeguatamente. Mi dispiace ma vacanza rovinata, da non ripetere L esperienza su questo sito. Mai capitato una roba del genere, senza alcun rimborso.

Gentili signori, Mi dispiace per il disguidi che avete subito. Come vi avevo anticipato quest'anno avendo subito un intervento molto importante , mi sono affidata ad una persona di mia fiducia. Per quanto riguarda lo scarico guasto, poteva dirmelo e avrei provveduto a farlo riparare. Per quanto riguarda l'albergo, essendo il mese di agosto non ho trovato di meglio. Mi scuso ancora.
