The Home:
With 3100 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, Baxter crest can comfortably accommodate larger families and groups. The open-concept design, huge chef’s kitchen, sprawling outdoor deck and patio make this home perfect for entertaining.

The Amenities:
This home is packed with amenities and extras! Have morning coffee around the AMAZING outdoor natural gas fire pit, cook a meal in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, watch a movie on one of the large screen TVs or relax in the expansive master suite with spa-like bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. We don’t suggest spending much time indoors while visiting Alaska, but if you must, this is the place to be!

The Location:
The home is in an exclusive 7-home cul-de-sac neighborhood that is convenient to everything the city has to offer. We are just minutes from the airport and downtown, yet Alaskan wilderness can be found right outside the doorstep! Guests can walk to Baxter Bog hiking trails, Cheney Lake and the Alaska Botanical Gardens. You are almost guaranteed to see moose hanging around the home!

Great place

Great place to hang out. Loved the accommodations and the location. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Not right in the city but quick rides to get to the city, hiking trails and museums.

Thanks for the 5* review and for sharing your thoughts on the home! To clarify your comments on the home’s location, the home is located within the geographic boundaries of the city of Anchorage. However, the city is about the same size as the state of Delaware, so it can take a while to drive from one side to the other. We are 7-10 minutes from downtown.

We had a great time in Alaska! The house was clean, inviting, and perfect for our extended family of 9! All of the necessities were provided and easy to find. Would definitely stay there again!

Our Alaska Family Vacation

We are a 2 generation family of 7 with a 2 year old and our stay stay was amazing at this home! It was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed even for our toddler. The location was convenient to downtown and the airport with about a 15-20 minute easy drive. Troy was was very responsive and kind when we had questions. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay there again! We would highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely stay

We were very pleased with our stay here. Dawn gave us a tour at check in which was really nice. Also had the high chair and pack n play for the baby which made things easier. Property was very clean and we wish we had more time to make use of the amenities.

Wonderful house in Anchorage

We’re a group of 9 and the house suited our needs perfectly. It’s very spacious and open. The house was spotless upon arrival, the beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit in the back was a nice bonus. We highly recommend this house for a stay in Anchorage.

Great comfort and convenience

Our family really enjoyed the house. Everything in the house was in good working order. Enjoyed the fire pit and relaxing on the porch. We were so close to the city and could easily get on the road for our day trips.

Had a great week with family and friends at Baxter Crest! The house provided all the space we needed for eight guests. Troy and Dawn were super helpful during the planning process and they made check in/out super easy! Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone else looking to visit Anchorage!

Wonderful large home for family trip

We came to Anchorage for a wedding and stayed five days. The host was wonderful, accommodating and met with a member of our party at arrival. The home is perfect for a large family and was spotless. Beds were all very comfortable. Everyone in our party loved it. In a quiet cul-de-sac, convenient to everything.

We really loved the property , the comfort it gave us and also all the things they provided was very nice and thoughtful. This house was giving all of us very positive vibes. Highly recommended for future stay. Just one suggestion of possible please as couple of twin size bed instead bunk beds.

Beautiful home

A beautiful home that perfectly met the needs of our family. They thought of all the details which made for a comfortable home base while we toured Alaska. Nice location with all the amenities.
