★PLEASE NOTE: STAIRS ARE REQUIRED.
You will need to bring your luggage upstairs to bedrooms 1 & 2 and the main living area. We recommend you use the exterior staircase - enter through the gate on the right side of the house follow the pathway to the front patio and staircase.

★DOWNSTAIRS FEATURES:
Great room, 75” smart TV w/unlimited Wifi and Game table.
•Loft with sleeping pads, pillows and blankets
•Wet bar with microwave, mini frig and coffee maker. •Full bathroom and a dedicated work space.
•There are 2 bedrooms downstairs one has a king size bed, private full bathroom and exterior French door to the hot tub patio.
•The second bedroom has lodge style adult bunk beds with 4 full size beds. Each bunk bed is equipped with individual headboard reading lights and usb ports.

★OUTSIDE SPACES INCLUDE:
•2 upstairs decks one smaller private deck for bedroom 1 and one larger deck with a BBQ and views of the Park Strip.
•1 Downstairs patio with a HOT TUB, fire pit and seating area.
•After your adventures enjoy a well deserved soak in the hot tub!

GUEST ACCESS:
★FREE Guest parking is located at the back of the home in front of the garage doors. Depending on the size of your vehicles, there are 1-2 parking spots.
(Additional FREE parking spots are located on the park strip.)
Next to the garage doors is a blue entry door.
All doors have key pad locks and you will receive the code before arrival.

Additional access from the guest parking area is through the gate located on the right hand side of the house.
Take the brick side yard path to the front of the home.
Use the exterior staircase up to the top entry OR use the lower entry doors on either side of the hot tub.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
★Downtown neighborhoods are dense and the home is located near the city. You may hear local events taking place on the Park Strip.

★The hot tub is installed on the downstairs patio. Guest MUST shower before entering hot tub. Please follow the HOT TUB RULES.

★During winter months we have a snow removal service, but guests may need to shovel snow/add salt to prevent slipping on decks and walk ways.

★The upstairs fireplace is a gas burning unit. PLEASE DO NOT BURN ANYTHING IN THE FIREPLACE. Please follow the fireplace instructions.
