This stunning one level beach home was designed and built for large vacation groups. It has six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom is beautifully furnished and has an attached private bathroom and a large 40-inch flat screen tv. The main room of the home is an 'open concept' with the living, kitchen, and dining all in one large space. The living area is divided into two spaces. One space surrounds the 60-inch flat screen and the other space is set up for reading or playing board games.
The kitchen has a tremendous island that has seating for 10/12 and the large dining room table will also offer enough seating for 15. Everyone can be comfortably seated together for meal time or you can slip out to the deck to dine in the gulf breezes!

For an additional fee the elevator in the home can be used during your stay but must be monitored by adults. Note: No fee for elevator if needed for elderly and/or handicap.

This amazing house (sleeps 22) is perfect for family reunions, weddings, or large groups of friends!
The area below the house can be used for covered parking or as an 'over flow' space. It provides plenty of room for large events or just an additional place to be in the shade.
