L’emplacement de la maison est idéal mais la propreté pas du tout .. la propriétaire m’a expliqué qu’elle ne trouvait plus de femme de ménage .. ok mais moi j’ai payé la prestation (+50€ pour ma chienne très propre) pour avoir une maison pleine de toiles d’araignée (jusque dans la placard à assiettes) une douche plus que limite et un micro ondes inutilisable .. la propriétaire aurait au moins pu avoir la délicatesse de me rembourser la prestation de ménage ..

Désolée Madame pour votre désagrément, néanmoins à votre arrivée la maison était correcte, après une semaine ,fenétres et porte ouvertes avec la verdure du jardin une araignée puisse faire ses toiles, comme les petits moineaux laissent des traces, les hôtes précédents ont été ravis de ma disponibilité.. et du charme de la maison Je vous conseille de prendre à l'avenir, un appartement aseptisé sans âme et surtout avec un zeste de soleil pour votre humeur,je ne prendrai plus d'animal pour l'hygiène, merci pour cette idée.

"Altes" Fischerhaus trifft es genau

Zur Lage: der Ort und der Strand sind fußläufig in ca. 10 Min. erreichbar, die Straße ist nachts ruhig. Ab 6 Uhr morgens allerdings lässt die Ruhe nach, über Tag wird es immer voller (gerade Ferienzeit, Touristen), der Verkehr staut sich, teilweise fahren die Autos über den Bürgersteig, um aneinander vorbei zu passen. Die einzige Sitzmöglichkeit draußen ist der Vorgarten, also direkt neben der Straße. Parkmöglichkeiten sind tagsüber sehr begrenzt. Entgegen der Ankündigung gibt es keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz für das Ferienhaus. Wir haben auf Hinweis anderer Feriengäste einen Zettel ins Auto gelegt mit dem Hinweis, dass wir Gäste seien des Ferienhauses und haben kein "Knöllchen" bekommen, aber dafür gibt's natürlich keine Garantie. Die Küche ist insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig, alles ist schief, die Schranktüren, die Messerklingen, vom Eindruck her insgesamt nicht sehr gepflegt. WLAN ganz schwach bis gar nicht vorhanden, das Laptop hat sich in der Küche verbunden, das Handy gar nicht, in der oberen Etage gar nichts. Der Router befindet sich im Haus nebenan bei der Vermieterin. Das Bad in der ersten Etage ist gut, große Dusche. Insgesamt muss man den Charme des Zusammengefrickelten mögen.

Agréable séjour à Etretat

La maison est comme sur les photos ; parfaite pour un week-end à Etretat ! La propriétaire est arrangeante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le chauffage pour un week-end de 3 jours aurait toutefois pu être compris dans le prix de la location.

Alt, abgewohnt, muffig und sehr laut

In diesem Haus ist sehr vieles kaputt und ungepflegt: Die Küchenfronten sind schief und schräg, die Türen und Schubkästen funktionieren nicht richtig. Der Ofen funktionierte gar nicht. Das Geschirr war schmutzig, das Besteck verrostet. Der Kaffeefilterhalter notdürftig geklebt etc. Der "Vorgarten" sehr ungepflegt - hier möchte wirklich niemand sitzen. Beim Betreten des Hauses schlägt einem ein feuchter, schlechter Mief entgegen. Unter meinem Bett lagen benutzte Papiertaschentücher. Die Straße die am Haus vorbeiführt ist sehr stark befahren. Permanent fährt die kleine Touristenbahn vorbei und Gruppen sehr lauter Motorradfahrer neben unzählig vielen Autos sorgen für Krach von früh bis spät. Eine riesige Enttäuschung!!

Désolée que vous n'ayez trouvé rien de bien , je regrette d'être absente durant votre arrivée, vous êtes très méchant car je fais mon possible pour être agréable; la maison est aérée régulièrement , vous aviez des photos pour vous donner une idee du décor qui plait à d'autres hôtes..... la maison de pécheur est au bord de mer et j'ai fait changer la salle de bain avec baignoire pour une grande douche.....désolée encore une fois

We have loved staying at Anne’s house and in Étretat. A beautiful peaceful retreat.

We had a warm welcome from Anne Lenoir, who was very informative about Étretat and the surrounding area. The house itself was in simple French style, comfortable and clean. It was wonderful to wake up each day and open the windows to hear the sound of seagulls! It was a short walk to all amenities and the beach. Étretat is a beautiful town with everything you would need for a relaxing break. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Anne!

gemütliches Haus - zufriedene Gäste

Etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber doch mitten drin, befindet sich das kleine gemütliche und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Fischerhaus. Die Bimmelbahn fährt regelmäßig daran vorbei, wenn síe hoch zur Klippe fährt. Sie bimmelt zwar nicht, aber man hört den Motor ächzen, wenn es die Schräge hochgeht. Nachts ist es dafür absolut still, es sei denn, es findet mal eine Hochzeit im Ort statt. Das Zentrum mit allen Geschäften ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das ist auch ganz gut so, da die wenigen Parkplätze in der Stadt bis abends 20 Uhr Geld kosten. Die Tagestouristen werden gebeten, außerhalb zu parken. Für das Ferienhaus ist das Parken eines Autos frei. Das Haus ist mit vielen hübschen Sammelstücken (Maritimes, aber auch Stickereien)eingerichtet und dekoriert und in den Schubladen findet man alles, was benötigt wird. Man steht allerdings nach dem Öffnen der Haustür gleich im Wohnzimmer. Alle Räume haben eine brauchbare Größe und sind zwecksmäßig eingerichtet, bemerkenswert ist das großzügige Bad mit behindertengerechter Dusche. Die Hürde ist allerdings die Stiege in den 1. Stock zu erklimmen! Genossen haben wir auch den üppig blühenden Vorgarten, in den den ganzen Tag die Sonne schien. Am Strand oder besser an der Strandpromenade war der Wind für Juni manchmal noch sehr frisch. Leider war das Internet recht instabil, so dass wir uns nicht darauf stützen konnten. So waren wir auf herkömmliche Informationsquellen (Reiseführer, Prospekte etc.) angewiesen. Zum Glück sind wir alt genug, um nicht aus der Übung zu sein. Wir haben viele Eindrücke gesammelt (hübsche kleine Städtchen, Museen, große Kirchen, tolle Landschaften, gewaltige Klippen und immer wieder "La mer"). Alles in allem sind wir erholt und sehr zufrieden mit vielen kulinarischen Mitbringseln aus unserem Urlaub zurückgekehrt.
