Recent, comfortable chalet, carefully decorated, of 320 m2 located on the Pleney slope, 10 minutes walk from the city center of Morzine. It is made up of 7 rooms representing 14 beds + 2 baby beds + 4 bathrooms + garage of 40 m2. Large fireplace in living room, large kitchen, large dining room. Departure and return possible, ski in, from the chalet! Ideal for large family vacations.

Lovely stay

Perfect property not far from Morzine centre. The living area was lovely and spacious and property was well facilitated and clean.

Perfect ski holiday

The chalet is much bigger than it appears on the pictures. The rooms are very comfortable and the large living room with a nice fireplace is perfect when you come back from ski. There is a ski trail 5 min walk leading to Morzine domain. You can also reach Avoriaz domain within 15 min by car (large parking). The bus is also an option but we did not try it. I strongly recommend this chalet

Lovely large chalet on the edge of Morzine

Lovely Chalet for large family groups with ample communal space. About ten minutes walk to Morzine centre. You can walk/scramble up the small slope behind the property to get onto the piste. The owner was very responsive on email and helpful. Lovely views down over the town.

Great stay!

This is a great chalet. Perfect for large families going on a ski holiday! The layout of the chalet is over three floors so that different families can stay on different floors to give some additional privacy. You can ski in ski out easily but you need to climb a small hill. The chalet has all the facilities needed and Emmanuelle was very responsive to any requests or questions. We all had a great time!

Beautiful, light & spacious chalet

We stayed here as a family group (3 generations) of 12. The chalet was fantastic. Really spacious with great views. We especially loved the living areas with loads of room for everyone to sit comfortably either round the table or on the numerous sofas. There were loads of pots & pans and everything you could need including 2 coffee makers (pod & filter), electric kettle, pancake maker etc etc etc. The only slight downside for us was that there was no snow in the valley (plenty high up) so no option to ski in / out which was one of the reasons for choosing this particular chalet. Obviously that's no-one's fault and it certainly didn't spoil our holiday but it is quite a trek into the village, most of us walked there and back every day but there is a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes which some made use of. We stored our skis and boots in the ski shop by the lift so we didn't have to carry them which is definitely worthwhile. I would definitely recommend and would love to visit again when there's more snow.

Chalet as described and perfect for our stay

The chalet was booked for a wedding in July and was ideal for our needs. As a rental property owner myself ,I am qualified to make suggestions. I think the property would benefit from a small side gate to the rear which would provide a safe play area for infants. Some of the crockery is looking a bit tired and for a small cost it would create a better impression. I appreciate the owner has had problems with previous guests damaging the billiard table but it’s disappointing to see it but not be able to use it. And the linen is in need of replacement as it’s looking a bit tired. But as I have said it met our needs for the weekend and looks as if it’s well appointed for a normal Ski season with the potential for Ski in and out snow permitting. It would have been helpful if we had known that the linen is an extra charge as it wasn’t mentioned in the particulars.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful chalet. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice; it’s even more impressive in person! Our group of 16 fit comfortably with plenty of space for everyone.The house was spotless upon arrival, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped with more than enough cookware and dishes for a large group.A quick note on the location: while it is very close to the ski slopes, the access involves a fairly steep walk up that not all of us were happy to do. However, if there is enough snow, you can ski right back to the door!Finally, communication with the owner and the concierge was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus mit genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr die ganz große Familie. Alle Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet. Der Salon und der Essbereich erfĂŒllen alle WĂŒnsche: Ein großer Tisch lĂ€dt zum gemeinsamen tafeln und spielen ein. Eine Couchlandschaft zum entspannen und gemĂŒtlich relaxen breitet sich vor dem Kamin aus. In der KĂŒche warten Kingsizetöpfe mit bis zu 17l auf die 16-Personen-Spaghettiportion.... Trockenraum fĂŒr nasse Skiklamotten und ausreichend Platz fĂŒr vielseitige WintersportausrĂŒstungen lassen beim morgendlichen Start kein Chaos aufkommen...

Geweldig chalet voor groep

Zeer ruim chalet op loopafstand van centrum Morzine. Wij verbleven in september voor een fietsvakantie met groep van 9. Maar zelfs voor 14 personen zou het nog steeds prima geschikt zijn. Iedereen was erg enthousiast!

Une trĂšs belle semaine

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce chalet trÚs spacieux. Les espaces permettent parfaitement de profiter en groupe mais aussi de retrouver son intimité si nécessaire. Vous y trouverez une grande table pour les repas qui permet de manger tous ensemble, un grand salon trÚs lumineux, une piÚce pour chauffer les chaussures de ski/snow et un départ presque ski aux pieds (en montant une petite cÎte pour rejoindre la piste). Tous les éléments sont réunis pour passer une bonne semaine en montagne.

Chalet magnifique, 7 vrais chambres avec lits confortables, beaucoup d’eau chaude qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans les chalets louĂ©s, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs propre, de belles vues, grand parking, emplacement excellent qui donne directement sur les pistes. Navettes Ă  2 minutes. Beaucoup d’espace pour 14 personnes (3 familles). Encore meilleur que sur les photos ! Nous le recommandons vivement.

Superbe chalet

Nous sommes restĂ©s une semaine Ă  14 personnes dans ce chalet, l’enneigement de la semaine n’était pas au top sur morzine, mais en allant sur avoriaz pas de soucis pour skier. Le chalet nous a permis de passer une trĂšs bonne semaine, de l’espace avec le grand salon, la salle Ă  manger, les chambres, les salles de bain et j’en passe, permettent d’avoir un cadre convivial sans se marcher dessus ! Enfin l’accueil au chalet Ă©tait parfait. Nous recommandons ce lieu !

Beau chalet avec une belle vue

TrÚs beau chalet, fonctionnel et bien équipé. On peut partir pratiquement ski aux pieds aprÚs un petit échauffement pour rejoindre la piste...pour les promeneurs une petite montée permet de mieux profiter au retour d'une petite boisson...nous étions quatorze et tout le monde a apprécié l'espace du chalet et sa belle vue...une cafetiÚre à filtre melita et une machine nespresso sont présentes dans le chalet.

Chalet trÚs spacieux. TrÚs bien aménagé. La vallée de Morzine n'est pas trÚs ensoleillée en janvier... petit regret pour ceux qui restaient au chalet.
