Why they chose this property

Perfect for a family, this 4 rooms flat take all the space on the first floor of a small building with two levels, build in the 60's on the sea side near Montpellier. Even during the summer, this part of the beach, ideally situated is not so busy. Beside that, you will have no problem to park your car, because there is a private space along the house, with two parkings reserved for your flat.
