St. Malo

The appartment wasclose to the beach in a nice and quiet area. The supermarket was also close by. The landlord and his daughter have been friendly. Unfortunately the appartment wasn't very clean and the towels we got were dirty. But sitting outside in the little garden made up for it.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem einfachen, aber charmanten Haus von Gabielle und Richard war wunderbar. Sie sind äußerst freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Strand und der Altstadt ist toll. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Logement impeccable rien à redire malgré la canicule pendant cette semaine la maison est restée fraîche et très proche de la plage . Les hôtes très très gentils et des adorables personnes . Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine .

Diese Ferienwohnung ist in diesem Zustand nicht vermietbarGroße Feuchtigkeitsprobleme … viele metallische Gegenstände hatten Rost!Im Bad lief die Lüftung 7/24 vermutlich deswegen.Das Wasser schmeckte und roch nach Chlor!Die zusätzliche mobile Gasheizung verströmte bei Inbetriebnahme einen Gasgeruch!Die elektrischen Heizkörper in den Zimmern vielen zeitweise über Stunden aus.Hier nur die wichtigsten Mängel.Hatten uns von den neueren Bewertungen dazu hinreißen lassen dies Ferienwohnung zu buchen.Diese sind meines Erachtens alle Fake!!!Leider ist von FEWO keinerlei Unterstützung gekommen. Obwohl wir bereits so ziemlich am Anfang diesekontaktiert hatten mit Wort und Bild.Siehe Bilder im Anhang

Votre appréciation est très partiale et surtout nous n'avons reçu aucune demande pendant votre séjour. l'humidité vient probablement que vous n'avez pas aéré. Le fonctionnement du chauffage est parfait, vous n'avez sûrement pas su le régler, l'eu a une odeur de chlore, c'est l'eau de la ville qui est jugée potable, etc. Votre avis contredit les dizaines d'autres qui sont favorables. Nous venons d'obtenir notre classement 2 étoiles pour 5 ans par un organisme officiel. Que dire de plus ? désolé pour vous, nous n'avons pas le mêmes critères de confort!

Excellent séjour dans cette petite maison en bordure de parc, ce qui est un vrai avantage lorsque l’on a un chien. Plage à 7 minutes à pieds, très bonne boulangerie à 50 m. Parking gratuit et toujours libre dans la rue. La maison est bien équipée, le lit confortable et la douche récente un vrai plaisir! Très calme en ce début septembre. M. et Mme GUERDET sont très accueillants, de très bons conseils car ils connaissent bien la ville et le quartier. Ils sont disponibles mais aussi très discrets. La maison est au bout de leur cour, avec un accès indépendant et on ne les croise pas. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement.

Der Aufenthalt hat mir und meiner Partnerin sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mr. Guerdet hat einen Ordner mit vielen Hinweisen und nützlichen Adressen bereitgelegt.Man erreicht den Strand in wenigen Minuten und kann dann, je nach Tageszeit, entweder einen schönen Sonnenuntergang betrachten oder mit dem Rad den Strand entlang fahren. Mir hat Ort und Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen.ThomasJ'ai eté très contente avec cette maison. Pour deux personnes vraiment suffisante.Les hôtes étaient très gentiles. Mr. Guerdet a preparé un cahier avec informations et adresses très utiles. Etant arrivé sur la plage après quelque minutes, on peut observer le coucher du soleil ou rouler le longe de la plage.J'ai eu 14 jours formidables.Thomas

Saint malo

Un endroit très calme. Génial pour se reposer. Le logement est fonctionnel. On se trouve à 350m du bord de mer et 25 mn de marche plur se rendre aux remparts qui sont magnifiques à faire. L'accueil des proprietaires très bon, ils nous ont donné toutes informations nécessaire pour faire un excellent séjour.

Nette FeWo in zentraler Lage und Nähe zum Strand

Wir haben eine gemütliche FeWo vorgefunden, mit kleiner Terrasse, Blumen.Vor uns ein kleiner Park. Sehr ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage in St. Malo. Super nette Vermieter, die uns alles erklärten.

Excellent séjour à Saint Malo

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est calme et fonctionnelle. Située à moins de 10 min de la plage et de nos commerces préférés (Beurre Bordier et boulangerie Malécot), nous avons pu profiter de tous les attraits de Saint Malo :-) ! Le petit panier de bienvenue était très agréable et l'accueil de nos hotes très prévenant.
