Come and spend a pleasant stay in Vendée near Brétignolles-sur-mer and 5 km from the beaches, in a quiet house in 2007 independent on approximately 200 m2 of land, planned for 4 beds with possibility of adding a cot ( bathtub provided).

Many cycle paths (more than 1000 kms in Vendée) and pedestrian paths.
Small dogs allowed under conditions. Non smoking inside (but you can smoke outside) From October to April: supplement for heating.
