We loved our stay in Deauville. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We love the location, the apartment is clean and spacious, it is pet friendly with its garden and the pool is very close. Thanks again to Evelyn, she is always very quick to respond to any questions. I am sure we will be back soon

Excellent apartment

The apartment was excellent. It was located in a private residence in a quiet residential area of Deauville. The apartment was large, with a good sized room with a dining table and sitting area with sofas, large TV and all the channels (Netflix, Amazon Prime). The 3 bedrooms were a good size, and there were 2 bathrooms plus 2 separate toilets. Also a private garden and terrace area. Deauville is a lovely town, and there is lots to do in this part of Normandy. The weather was not great, so we spent quite a lot of time relaxing in the apartment, and used the pool and tennis courts a few times. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Was für eine schöne Wohnung mit großem Garten in einer phantastischen Anlage - wir haben genau gespielt und waren im Pool gegenüber, die Anlage ist sehr sicher und perfekt gelegen, um Deauville mit dem Rad zu erkunden, auch zum Strand und zum Einkaufen war alles in perfekter Fahrrad-Entfernung. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit ebenfalls großartig! Für den Sommer wären Ventilatoren auch in den Schlafzimmern hilfreich. Vielen herzlichen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war völlig abgewohnt und heruntergekommen. Sie war so schmutzig, dass Ekel aufkam. (Urinflecken an der Toilette, Schimmel an den Fugen im Bad, Hundekot im Garten, verrostete Gartenmöbel etc. ). Wir haben die Wohnung 9 Tage vorzeitig verlassen .Ausserdem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig,an guten Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Sehr geehrter Herr, Lügen und Geschichten erfinden ist leicht. Sie haben Ihren Aufenthalt wegen eines Wasserausfalls in der Wohnung vorzeitig beendet, wofür ich nicht verantwortlich bin. Es gab tatsächlich ein Wasserleck in einem Viertel von Deauville, dessen Reparatur einige Stunden dauerte und eine Wasserabschaltung erforderlich machte. Ich bin jedoch nicht für die städtische Wasserversorgung von Deauville zuständig. Sie haben mich dann kontaktiert, und es ist ziemlich merkwürdig, dass abgesehen von diesem Wasserproblem alles in Ordnung ist. Ich habe Ihre Nachrichten aufbewahrt. Da ich Ihnen die Rückerstattung verweigert habe, versuchen Sie nun, meinen Ruf mit Ihrer Bewertung zu schädigen. Gut. Eine heruntergekommene und unhygienische Wohnung! Falsch. Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert. Die Flecken in der Toilette? Die haben Sie verursacht, weil Sie an die Wände uriniert haben, um sich für die verweigerte Rückerstattung zu rächen. Das Reinigungspersonal hat es mir gemeldet. Sie haben die Wohnung in einem erbärmlichen Zustand hinterlassen! Hundekot im Garten? Ja! Du hast deinen Hund überall hinpinkeln lassen (auch in der Wohnung) und die Hinterlassenschaften im Garten nicht weggeräumt. Die Wohnung war laut? Was für ein Witz! Das Gebäude liegt in einem Park, nicht an der Straße… Ha! Ha! Ha! Und außerdem, wenn deine Einschätzung stimmen würde, hätte ich schon lange keine Mieter mehr gehabt. Der nächste Mieter war schon dreimal da, aber nachdem du ausgezogen warst, war es eine Herkulesaufgabe, die Wohnung wieder in Ordnung zu bringen. Vielen Dank auch! Ich habe immer noch einen Durchschnitt von 9/10, was ich ziemlich gut finde.

Séjour très agréable à Deauville

Il ne manquait rien il y a tout ! 😊 Propre, spacieux et lumineux. Nous avons apprécié cette location. Un accueil parfait! Nous avons juste relever que les lits sont un peu durs et trier la vaisselle pour ne garder que le nécessaire car quelques services sont abîmés et usés. Mais ce sont des détails et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci beaucoup

Nice place to stay.

Deauville is very nice with its wide streets and beaches, it is very clean and safe. This property is located about a 15 minute (slow) walk to the beach and 20 minutes from the town centre, but with cafes, shops, restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The complex has a nice swimming pool and was clean and tidy throughout. The apartment is big with two en-suite double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with two bunkbeds. It was immaculately clean and the garden was good to sit in outside. If we have a small grumble it is that the kitchen appliances could all do with replacing. They are clean and usable but look a bit past their best. This would not stop me going there though.

Dans l’ensemble nous avons été satisfaits par l’accueil et le cadre. Juste la piscine qui n’était pas chauffée pour laquelle nous étions déçus. Mais nous recommandons vivement car même avec des enfants c’était très agréable ( proximité de la plage et le lieu très calme et apaisant

Really Nice place and Very convienient Witt dog.
