Guests at The LillyPadAZ enjoy comfort, convenience and amenities to rival the most exclusive Arizona Resort. Part of a $40K renovation, the spacious master suite with king-size ‘feather’ bed (hypoallergenic, of course) is just the beginning. This Arizona escape includes a stunning ensuite decked out with porcelain tile, dual sinks, granite counters, jetted tub, shower and private water closet. Adjacent to the master suite, the 'sky-lighted' kitchenette sports nicely apportioned cabinetry in rich cherry-tones, an ample under-mount sink with disposal, microwave, fridge and an induction cook top. No home away from home would be complete without a state-of-the art washer/dryer. Kick back with BBQ on the grill in the Arizona room or just relax in the comfy bed with complimentary WI-FI and Cable TV. Just minutes from shopping, sporting events and golf, the LillyPadAZ affords access to local attractions in a private residential setting where visitors can recharge and rejuvenate. Please note that all rent paid to owner is non-refundable on stays from November-March. On stays from April-October, the moderate refund policy applies, although exceptions can be made at owner's discretion. 50% is due to secure the reservation and the balance is due 90 days from date of arrival. That's why it is best to submit an inquiry rather than a booking to ensure all of your questions are answered prior to commitment of funds.

Also, last minute bookings or a check-in or check-out date requiring expedited cleaning (i.e., occurs within 24 hours another guest's is check-out or check-in date), there is a $100 expedited cleaning fee.

Finally, a lease agreement is required. Please note that, although there is a no refund policy with VRBO, cancellations prior to 90 days from arrival will be refunded everything except a $50 processing fee, once a lease agreement has been sent. If you wish to proceed with a booking, the following information is needed for the lease agreement.
