Great location

Nice large house, very clean, beautiful outdoor spaces. Lionel and Veronique are great hosts. The location is on the outskirts of Caen which makes it easy to get to DDay beaches, Honfleur, etc. would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation rental good location!

The house was very clean and roomy for 3 people. The location is quiet with a nice walking sport trail behind it. Close to a grocery store and easy to get to various tourist destinations. Our host has tourist information in the living room which came in very handy. Sitting outside on the patio was nice on a hot day. We would stay here again.

Excellent, nous avons aimer notre sejour, le quartier es tres calme, acces du tramway et bus tres proche. Notre host tres accessible. Nous retournerons l' annee prochaine si cest possible. Merci beaucoup. We enjoyed our stay very calm neighborhood, public transportation very close, (we had a car) but used tramway for the tour de france. I stayed here with my dad, my partner, and my parents-in-law and we absolutely loved our stay. The pictures matched exactly how the house looked. Unfortunately it rained a lot so we only got to enjoy the backyard for one evening but otherwise it was spacious.Lionel was a wonderful host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He was extremely responsive to all messages and willing to come by and check on us if needed. Thank you so much!

We loved this house! It was cozy and welcoming and had everything we needed including SPACE! After being cramped up in small hotel rooms, this was fantastic. Beautiful neighbourhood that was peaceful & quiet. Lionel was super friendly and a great host. The house had everything we needed to cook meals when we wanted to eat in - and a washer that worked really well! Only 1 note, no drapes/blinds to block out the light in the morning. I solved this by using an eye mask. Bottom line, great deal for what you pay and I will love to visit again!! 👍👍

Un séjour agréable dans un environnement calme proche de commerces et de moyens de transport.

Je recommande cette location pour une famille avec enfants. La maison de monsieur Perret est très spacieuse. Et le propriétaire est très aimable, il a même prêté des vélos à mes enfants. Nous nous trouvions juste derrière la voie verte, un écrin de verdure pour les vélos et les promeneurs. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé. Sinon, Cormelles Le Royal est très bien desservi par les transport en commun. Le périphérique n’est pas loin pour visiter la région avec ses plages( Ouistreham, Franceville) et sa magnifique campagne

Mooie uitvalsbasis voor Normandie

Het huis was voldoende groot voor ons drieën, met zijn vieren zou ook nog gekund hebben. Bedden waren goed, Keuken bevat voldoende spullen om te koken. De wc en douches zijn gedateerd. De buurt is rustig, maar bevat wel een bakker en supermarkten. Als je naar de binnenstad van Caen wilt, kun je eenvoudig de tram nemen. Het huis is voldoende dichtbij de hoogtepunten van Normandie. De eigenaar had allerlei brochures en zaken uitgezocht, zodat we goed op pad konden.

Grand logement très bien placé et au calme

Originaire de Caen, je cherchais une maison et celle-ci est spacieuse avec un beau jardin dans un quartier très calme. Idéalement située, il est facile d'aller au centre ville de Caen comme au périphérique. La communication a été top et la maison est bien équipée.

petit séjour à Caen

Nous avons passé une petit séjour très agréable à Caen. La maison est idéalement située, proche des commerces. Maison très spacieuse, avec un super espace au grenier pour les enfants avec plein de jeux. Grand jardin. Lionel est un hôte plein d'attentions. On s'est senti chez nous ;)

schönes großes Haus in guter Wohnlage

Beim Objekt handelt es sich um ein komplett eingerichtetes Einfamilienhaus in sehr guter und ruhiger Wohnlage in einem Vorort von Caen. Parkanlagen in der Nähe für Spaziergänge. Bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle in die Caener Innenstadt sind es knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Fußläufiger Entfernung. Alles in allem ein außergewöhnlich schönes Haus.

Lionel, il proprietario di questa graziosa villetta, é una persona veramente cordiale. Si é subito reso disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno. Nice big house with garden, interesting area

Customer friendly cancellation policy en english speaking owner. Enough room in the house ( beds a bit small for longer people) quiet neighbourhood, close to supermarket, basic fit qym. We took our bikes to visit caen. 20 minutes drive by car to the beach and lots of things to do in the area.

Lovely stay in a unique property

We had a great stay in this house. The property itself was one of the best equipped holiday let's I have stayed in, everything you needed was on hand including cleaning products etc. There was lots of space for us and our children with room to spread out. There is a large open plan seating / games area upstairs which was a surprise and a great place to relax. I also liked the fact that it was filled with interesting decorative items which gave a really nice atmosphere. The house is quiet and private and the garden is nice for sitting out in the evening. We loved our time in Normandy, with great beaches and interesting history. I would thoroughly recommend this house as a base.
