In anderen Kommentaren wurde bereits die LautstĂ€rke der gegenĂŒberliegenden Bar moniert. Dies können wir voll und ganz bestĂ€tigen.Es standen noch einige mit alten Ölen abgefĂŒllte Flaschen am Außengrill sowie in der KĂŒche. Die MĂŒllentsorgung am Ende ist schwierig bzw. nicht möglich, da die Abfuhrzeiten fĂŒr die verschiedenen MĂŒllsorten nicht mit dem Abreisetermin passen. Um die Entsorgung muss sich dringend der Gastgeber kĂŒmmern.Die NĂ€he zum Strand ist wie angegeben und wunderbar.

Ferien Costa rei

Wiederum einmal mehr hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Das Meer 1 A wie auf den Fotos. Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der nÀchsten Umgebung. Das Haus ist nahe am Strand und ZweckmÀssig. Abwicklung unkompliziert. Gruss Paul

Bellissima posizione, veramente a 50 metri dal mare. Tutto come da descrizione. Spiaggia stupenda mare bellissimo, pieno relax. Ho lasciato l'auto nel parcheggio riservato e non l' ho piĂč usata. Unico appunto il BBQ....trovato sporco, infatti non lo abbiamo utilizzato. Costa Rei bellissima ma peccato che non c'Ăš niente la sera a parte 2/3 ristoranti pizzerie e 2 bar, nient'altro....magari qualche bancarella qualche negozietto....nulla. per trovare un po' di gente il posto piĂč vicino e Villasimius. Per il resto la casa perfetta

Bellissimo!

Bella, comodissima e attrezzatissima casa vicinissima alla spiaggia. La propetaria e' stata super paziente e ha risposto a tutte le mie numerose domande. Bel giardino per il nostro cane. Bel parcheggio a fianco alla casa. Super location. C'e tutto cio' di cui si ha bisogno. Il cancelletto d'ingresso non e'molto sicuro quindi se si ha un cane bisogna essere sicuri che non sia uno che scappa. A Costa Rei non c'e' spiaggia x i cani al momento (2022). Solo il villaggio Tilinguerta (+ o - a 5mins di macchina) ha servizi attrezzati sul mare per portare il vostro amico a 4 zampe. Grazie mille Marta

La casa Ăš stupenda. Vicinissima al mare. Dotata di ogni confort Marta gentilissima mi ha aiutato in ogni cosa. Viaggiavo con un neonato per la prima volta. ProprietĂ  tranquilla,immersa nel verde. Ci siamo rilassati.grazie

Tutto bellissimo, casa super attrezzata anche con lavastoviglie, macchina caffe e micronde, l‘unico neo e‘ il locale dall’altra parte della strada non ci ha permesso di dormire con la finestra aperta

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben. FĂŒr den Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die große Terrasse mit Grill und der schöne Garten, sowie die NĂ€he zum Strand, LĂ€den und Gastronomie. Allerdings war es, aufgrund von Musik aus der Bar gegenĂŒber, nachts lange laut. Die Fenster sind jedoch relativ schalldicht und es gibt im Haus eine Klimaanlage, sodass wir trotzdem schlafen konnten. Die Kommunikation, FlexibilitĂ€t und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet. Danke. Wir kommen sicher gerne mal wieder!

Älteres Haus , wie die gesamte Einrichtung.

Das Haus ist Haus und die gesamte Einrichtung ist ziemlich alt. Wenn man seine AnsprĂŒche weit herunterschraubt, kann man aber ganz gut darin wohnen. Die Übernahme und Übergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert. GeĂ€rgert haben wir uns ĂŒber die Beschreibung der Ausstattung . Wir wollten nur ein Haus mit zwei BĂ€dern buchen, was in der Ausstattung auch drinsteht. Vor Ort gab es dann ein Bad mit WC und ein WC mit Waschbecken

Villetta in centro a Costa Rei

Villetta di testa in centro a Costa Rei, di fronte ai locali serali e alla vita notturna ( e questo significa rumore fino a notte fonda e impossibilitĂ  di dormire con le finestre aperte, per fortuna gli infissi sono ottimamente insonorizzati). Spiaggia libera e attrezzata a 50 metri raggiungibile senza attraversare strade. Parcheggio riservato di fronte alla casa. Wi fi funzionante. Al check in non sono stati evidenziati i problemi manutentivi, che sono comunque stati risolti durante il soggiorno. La terza camera Ăš piccola e senza aria condizionata, adatta a due bambini piccoli, ci stanno solo un letto a castello e uno scaffale. Le altre due camere sono con letto matrimoniale e piccoli armadi. Una ha anche un bagnetto dedicato. Elettrodomestici funzionanti, molto utili la lavastoviglie e la doccia esterna. Spaziosa e ombreggiata la veranda, dotata anche di barbecue. Lo spazio verde non Ăš tanto verde, sconsiglio comunque la Sardegna a chi come noi ha un cane: tutte le spiagge libere sono vietate ai cani dalle 8 alle 20 e i locali e i market sono interdetti ai cani. Ombrellone e spiaggine a disposizione degli ospiti.

ci siamo trovati molto bene! la casa Ăš pulita e comoda, vicinissima a ristoranti, market, negozi vari e alla spiaggia! la proprietaria Ăš stata molto gentile e ha risolto in maniera veramente rapida ad alcuni piccoli inconvenienti! perfetto!! peccato per il giardino che non Ăš verdeggiante come in foto, ma non Ăš stato penalizzante! paese molto carino, peccato per la sporcizia che si trova davvero ovunque!! consigliato!!!

Herbstferien

Die Zimmer sind kleiner als sie auf den Fotos scheinen, fĂŒr Ferien reichen sie aber aus. Die 50 Meter bis zum Strand stimmen nicht, ist bedeutend weiter. Im Sommer wĂ€re das Haus nichts fĂŒr uns; der LĂ€rm der Bar gegenĂŒber ist bereits jetzt im Oktober etwas störend. Marta die Besitzerin des Hauses hat jeweils umgehend reagiert, wenn wir sie kontaktiert haben (wĂ€rmere Decken, wie funktioniert der GeschirrspĂŒler).

Strandnah und unkompliziert

Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Umgang. GerĂ€umige Wohnung, allerdings nicht mit dem Mobiliar wie in der Anzeige zu sehen ist. Kaum GlĂ€ser und SchĂŒsseln vorhanden. Netter Empfang spĂ€t abends. FĂŒr 6 Personen durchaus ausreichend und strandnah. Auch Mitte Oktober noch „Beschallung“ der LokalitĂ€ten gegenĂŒber.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Wir sind Ende September mit 6 Personen und einem Baby vor Ort gewesen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich nett eingerichtet und fĂŒr diese Anzahl an Personen reicht es vollkommen. Es gibt drei Zimmer, zwei davon sind mit Doppelbetten und eins mit einem Hochbett. Da wir drei Doppelbetten haben wollten, wurde das Sofa dann zum Doppelbett umfunktioniert. Die Anzahl der Tassen und Becher und GlĂ€ser waren fĂŒr 6 Personen zu wenig. Wahrscheinlich ist mit der Zeit einiges kaputt gegangen. Zwei Zimmer lagen zur Straße hin und abends wurde da krĂ€ftig laute Musik gespielt. Das empfand ich als störend, vor allem mit Baby im selben Raum. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief super. Marta hat immer sofort auf meine Fragen geantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Auch bei Problemen hat Sie sofort jemanden her geschickt der es behoben hat. Was mich etwas gewundert hat ist, dass wir vor Ort noch einmal fĂŒr Bettlaken bezahlen mussten, obwohl es im Online-Inserat als "wird bereitgestellt"beschrieben wurde. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll...der Strand dort ist wirklich wunderschön und es hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Sehr attraktiv, wenn man die NĂ€he zum Strand und zum Centrum sucht. Zum Strand sind es wenige Meter und zum Centrum direkt ĂŒber die Straße. Und wenn man abends und nachts gerne feiert und man was unternehmen möchte, ist man dort völlig richtig. Ansonsten wird die nĂ€chtliche Ruhe gestört. Der Service war sehr gut und wenn irgendwas nicht klappte, wurde auch sofort geholfen. Wir können sehr gerne wieder

Joli appartement mais bruyant

Cet appartement est bien situé par rapport à la mer et à la station. Il possÚde une place de parc. L'intérieur est pratique et assez spacieux. Par contre, il est situé en face d'un bar qui est trÚs bruyant durant presque toute la nuit.

Wir haben vom 21. - 28. Juni 2018 eine Woche Ferien in diesem Haus verbracht.

Das Positive zuerst: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Lage gut, obschon es in der Nacht jeweils von den Restaurants bis in die frĂŒhen Morgenstunden ziemlich laut war, so dass wir die Fenster geschlossen haben mussten. Mit der KĂŒchenausstattung waren wir nicht zufrieden. Es hatte zu wenig GlĂ€ser. Wein- und SchnapsglĂ€ser waren ĂŒberhaupt keine vorhanden. Eierbecher fehlten und die Espressomaschine war wegen grober Verschmutzung unbrauchbar.Dazu kam, dass am ersten Morgen der Gasherd nicht funktionieret. Die Besitzerin hat dies dann aber sofort an die Hand genommen.

Akzeptable Bleibe am Meer

Zwei befreundete Ehepare 70+ haben hier nach der Anreise vom Flughafen Cagliari mit dem Mietwagen 14 angenehme Tage bei tadellosem Wetter verbracht. Die Lage des Objekts ist fĂŒr den Badeurlaub ideal, wenngleich die Entfernung zum Strand rund 200 m betrĂ€gt (statt der angegebenen 50 m). Die im Inserat getroffenen Aussagen zur Ausstattung sind prinzipiell richtig, bedĂŒrfen aber einiger Kommentierungen. So stellt sich eines der zwei BĂ€der als RĂ€umchen mit den Grundmaßen 1,50 x 0,70 m sowie Wasch- und Toilettenbecken und einem Bodenablauf dar. Die vorhandene Handbrause ermöglicht dann das Duschen wĂ€hrend der "Sitzung" ):-) Das metallene Equipment (HandtuchstĂ€nder, Papier/-bĂŒrstenhalter) ist recht klapprig und korrodiert. Der Ablauf der Außendusche war verstopft und das Außenwaschbecken wegen fehlenden Knebels am Wasserhahn nicht nutzbar. Und am Empfangstag gab es fĂŒr 2 Toiletten eine halbe Rolle Papier. Das Mobiliar der Veranda mussten wir vor Nutzung sebst erst reinigen. Ein defekter Liegstuhl, Strandequipment, Kinderspielzeug, Buggy etc. waren in einer Gartenecke lieblos ĂŒbereinander gehĂ€uft. Das vorhandene Geschirr bestand aus einer Ansammlung von Produkten mehrerer Hersteller, den guten sardischen Wein mussten wir wegen des Fehlens von WeinglĂ€sern aus Pressglasbechern trinken, der 4-Plattenelektroherd entpuppte sich als Gasherd. Auch der zerlöcherte Schirm der Stehlampe macht keinen guten Eindruck. Die Übergabe des Objekts an uns erfolgte offensichtlich in Eile, es gab z.B. keine Hinweise, wie mit verschiedenen Abfallarten zu verfahren ist. Im Haus vermissten wir schriftliche Hinweise ĂŒber wichtige Telefonnummern (Polizei, medizin.Einrichtungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants). All dies sind Kleinigkeiten (die eigentlich nicht sein mĂŒssen) und ich suche auch nicht GrĂŒnde zum Meckern. Als Maßstab habe ich lediglich unsere Erfahrungen mit zahlreichen FerienhĂ€usern auf dem italienischen Festland (insb. Toskana) herangezogen. Ansonsten: ideale Lage nahe am Meer, Parkplatz neben dem Haus, 2 empfehlenswerte Restaurants ĂŒber die Straße (Isola Verde und L'Aragosta), das "Chaplin" neben dem Campingplatz ist als preiserte Alternative zu nenen. Ebenfalls sind zwei SupermĂ€rkte in der NĂ€he (100 bzw. 300 m). Empfehlenswert ist das Objekt auf jeden Fall fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern

Casa perfetta!

E' una villetta di testa in un complesso molto verde e tranquillo a 100 mt dalla spiaggia. Completamente rinnovata e' dotata di tutto quello che serve e oltre, compresi ombrelloni per la spiaggia. Il prezzo e' ottimo in relazione al numero delle camere e ai 2 bagni. La proprietaria e' sempre stata molto disponibile e professionale. La consigliamo senza riservea alcuna.
