PRETTY INDEPENDENT TOWNHOUSE IN TEULADA

The cottage is independent, located in a quiet and panoramic area a few steps from the town center where are all the services (shops, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy) The house of mq. 50 is on two levels suitable for a couple and / or families with 1/2 children, and is as follows: ground floor living room with open kitchen and sofa bed. In front there is a small porch that overlooks the owners' garden and is equipped to relax and dine outdoors and allows guests the maximum privaty. Internal spiral staircase leading to the bathroom with shower, closet and double bedroom where, if necessary, a single bed and / or a camping bed is available. The price includes the costs of gas, electricity, hot water, washing machine in the laundry, use of barbecue in the yard, Wi-Fi, TV, bed linen and towels, final cleaning except for the cooking area.
The first beach is only 6 Km. (Porto Tramatzu) but both on the east coast and west it is a succession of white sandy beaches and a crystal clear sea.
