***Phoenix VI Unit 6808 on 8th floor closest to the elevator. This condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico just West of the Perdido Pass Bridge. It has the best views of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and a balcony with gorgeous views. Great restaurants, fishing, and shopping are very close. This is a very family friendly property. There are many amenities on the property. Granite counter-tops throughout unit, new carpet in bedrooms, all new furniture and paint throughout this unit. It is completely remodeled. The master bedroom is carpeted and has a king size bed in it along with a large flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with a tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom is carpeted and has two full size beds along with a flat screen television. The third bedroom has a king size bed with large flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower. The kitchen, bathrooms, and public areas are tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Wharf is just minutes away along with great restaurants and shopping! This unit is in a great location on the 8th floor at Phoenix VI. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.

Amazing view of the beach. Really nice and very large pool. Having four elevators right by each other was nice and really cut down on waiting time when you are up on one of the higher floors. I have stayed in other condos in Orange Beach over the years and they were nice also. But this one will be the only one we use going forward!

Beach view was perfect and a great location for food, store, etc. A few of things to make better: the dryer sounds like the belt is about to break and took a long time to dry clothes/towels, the garbage disposal did not work, glad we planned on eating out every night as there would not be enough/right pots/pans to cook in. Overall a great place just needs a few maintenance things.

Location is perfect, beds were comfy, view is always amazing. Very well kept condo. Needs a Kuerig for coffee. Our toilet paper had been opened and was already used in both bathrooms. There was no dish soap. I’ve never been asked to wash and put away the dishes in a condo departure list. Overall very nice stay, just needs a couple of things changed to make it a better stay! Thanks for the memories!

Great Condo for a large family

We enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect size for all of us to relax in the evenings with the kids, have dinner & play board games. I was quite impressed with some of the extra items included with this condo (that we don’t often find in others) like the family sized slow cooker, extra pillows, throw blanket, folding card table & chairs, board games & books. We vacation in Orange Beach at least once a year and hope to have the opportunity to get this condo for another stay with the whole family again in the future.

Can’t beat the view 🌊🏖️

Very happy that this condo changed the check-in process. We received our code via email and bought parking passes on site, very convenient! Beautiful views and easy beach access. Will return again. Cleanliness of tile floors is to be expected with sand everywhere. Water pressure & heater don’t last long if everyone showers at the same time for dinner. Again will return beautiful views & location is perfect.

Family Vacation

This was the ideal location for anyone with young children who had any type of beach toys to take to the ocean to play!! It was a short walk to the beach, with your own private access, which was the #1 reason we decided on this property to rent. We always look for a beach that feels like a family beach that is not overly crowded because I get extremely nervous in large crowds of people at the beach with my children and this location did not make me feel nervous at all. Parking lot attendants were extremely helpful with getting us where we needed to go and to the correct building (we arrived later than expected and the address provided took us to a different Phoenix building location -- VIII -- I believe). Attendants were extremely helpful with directing us to the front office to purchase our $55 PER VEHICLE parking pass (an expense we were expecting but not quite one so expensive). Front desk clerks were extremely helpful with explaining how to get to our room, where the trash was located, how to get to the beach, pool, restaurants in town, etc. We understand that this was a rental property, but there were some definite spots that were overlooked when cleaning was involved. For example, the door into the pantry in the kitchen had some visible food residue where the trash can was stored, nothing a quick washrag didn't take care of (mainly because we didn't want charged for it). Some paint was nicked here and there. A fantastic stay with a fantastic view.

Pros & Cons

First the pros. The location is wonderful. The Phoenix 6 building is great. Very nice indoor pool with 3 hot tubs, outdoor pools & hot tubs, tennis courts & indoor racket ball. Also has a great workout room that our daughter enjoyed. The condo itself has a great open floor plan & is nicely stocked. Very short walk on the boardwalk to the beach & wonderful views from the balcony. Now onto the cons. You must drive to the white shore reality office to pick up the 2 keys. Their office is in Gulfshore & since we flew into Pensacola that had us driving almost an hour out of our way to pick the keys up & to return them the day we flew out. The condo needs a keypad. We had situations that the 3 bedrooms went different directions & only having 2 keys caused a problem. The washer & dryer are especially old & very loud to use. The king bed in the 2nd bedroom is just a frame without a headboard. It makes noise every time someone rolls over. The mattress must be bad & instead of replacing it they have added 4 toppers on it. They are constantly moving so everyday you must unmake the bed & put them back where they are supposed to be. The carpet in every bedroom is old & dingy and needs replaced. A few updates & the condo could be a fabulous place to stay. We enjoyed our time there & would come back. Our #1 complaint was the lack of keypad & wasting 2 hours picking up & dropping keys off.

The condo was clean and in good condition. Beautiful view, quiet and nice. Not that we were watching TV often but it was nice to be able to watch our sports games. I do wish the outdoor pools were heated, they were not.

Nice condo a few minor things screen door on master bedroom to patio was off and just leaning against wall. The oven on the stove was smoking a lot and setting off fire alarm but we cleaned it out and worked fine overall it was good

We were very surprised and upset that it cost $55 to park our cars in the parking lot not even a garage… we could have at least had one spot in the owners parking.. the condo could use a good cleaning and some repairs

Nice!

Only a few complaints. Went to get blankets off the top shelf in two bedrooms and empty alcohol bottles were wrapped up in the blankets. Other complaint is the fountain in the pool is loud and you can’t hear the sounds of the ocean. We will definitely consider staying here again next year. Condo is beautiful.

Horrible condo

The bed in the master was broke. My husband and I slept in chairs for two nights bc there was some issue with getting maintenance to fix the bed. The condo was tan down and looked nothing like the pictures. The elevator system was ridiculous and at times you waited over 10 minutes to get an elevator. The carpets in the condo stunk horribly and the tile in the master shower hurt your feet in the shower. Horrible experience

The condo was fine, the cleanliness was the only issue. The couch had food all in cushions, from younger children I suppose. The mattress covers were stained. The kitchen and bathrooms were really clean.

Gorgeous Condo!

This condo is gorgeous! It has a fully stocked kitchen and it was so clean! Check in was very easy. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room! We were close to many restaurants, fun and charter fishing! We will definitely be coming back to this condo!
