Completely renovated and tastefully decorated this cosy apartment is very peaceful and suitable for who is looking for a special and relaxing place. Ideally located it is close to Florence (45 km) Siena (55 Km) Pisa (50 km) San Gimignano (15 km) Volterra (20 km) and only 50 km far from the seaside.

Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio in questo posto bellissimo, la titolare, super gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto fare un giro per spiegarci le regole della proprietà. L'appartamento super accogliente, godeva di tutti i confort, cucina super servita, racchette da tennis e giochi acquatici x i più piccoli disponibili in armadio, WiFi funzionante. Quiet and great holiday home amidst the magnificent views of Tuscany

Quiet and great holiday home amidst the magnificent views of Tuscany. A very nice little apartment is just right for three people. The environment is really great with its swimming pool and tennis court. A barbecue area is also a good addition if you like to cook yourself. The location is very good and you can quickly reach Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Tirrenia's beach by car. Sabrina was really nice and helpful. It may be that we'll come here again.

Paradise in Tuscany

This gorgeous home lends itself to offer paradise in Tuscany. The home is beautifully decorated and contains everything you could want for a self catering experience. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Swimming pool, tennis courts and lots of outdoor furniture gave the opportunity to relax with the most amazing views. Sabrina was a wonderful host, providing instant communication and advice. Thoroughly recommend

Court séjour en Toscane, mais riche en découvertes !

Nous avons passé trois belles journées fin octobre 2018 dans la région de Montaione (Mura) pour visiter entre autre Sienne, San Gimignano et Lucques et voir la fameuse tour de Pise. En plus de ces cités de caractère à découvrir absolument , les paysages environnants sont magnifiques ! Oliviers, vignes, cyprès ... collines. Le climat est très doux, même à cette période. Notre hôte Sabrina s'est montrée très chaleureuse et amicale. Son gîte est très soigné, très propre et bien situé dans la campagne et pour visiter les lieux touristiques (Sienne, San Gimignano, Volterra ...) Il bénéficie d'un très bel espace extérieur reposant. Nous avons envie de revenir pour voir d'autres beautés que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de découvrir !

Un séjour de calme, de bien-être et de zénitude dans ce sublime coin de Toscane. Appartement très fonctionnel avec jardin pour souper ou se détendre. Piscine, tennis. La situation de la maison permet de magnifiques promenades à pieds mais aussi de joindre facilement San Gimignano, Siennes, Florence et mille et un charmants villages. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Un immense merci à Sabrina pour son chaleureux accueil et ses précieuses attentions. Merci à Sabrina, ainsi qu'à son époux, d'avoir été à notre écoute. Ideale Ausgangsposition für Touren durch die Toskana

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung auf schöner Anlage mit toller Aussicht und großem Pool. Sabrina ist eine mehr als hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Das Restaurant im Ort bietet ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Etwas störend waren nur die vielen Hunde, die schon recht früh das Wecken übernommen haben.

Beautiful location in Tuscan countryside with large pool

We had a very relaxing stay in the lovely 1 bedroom home. We took all our meals on the terrace and enjoyed sitting and reading our books here. There are garden chairs and deck chairs to sit on. We used the pool a lot! The views from there are amazing and we never tired of looking over the countryside and vines. The pool is large and is in the sun from morning until evening. The little villa is next door to other properties but because of the terrace you have your own privacy. There are excellent restaurants nearby and there are lots of places to visit. We would recommend this villa, especially to couples. Thank you Sabrina for sharing your holiday home.

Séjour parfait!

Nous sommes restés 10 jours dans ce logement (2 adultes/2 enfants) et nous sommes enchantés. La petite résidence où se trouve le logement est parfaitement entretenue et la piscine est très grande et indispensable après une journée de visite. Le logement est très agréable et impeccable! rien à redire. La propriétaire est adorable et parle anglais. Tout était prévu pour notre arrivée, vin, eau fraiche, papier toilette, lessive, sacs poubelles... Parfait! Je recommande fortement cette adresse!

Schöne Gesamtanlage

Mehrere hübsche Häuser auf einem großen Grundstück mit Pool und schöner Aussicht, absolut ruhig gelegen. Zu der von uns gemieteten Ferienwohnung noch ein paar nützliche Infos, die wir selbst gerne vor der Buchung gehabt hätten: Die Wohnung ist vom Schnitt hübsch, das Wohnzimmer allerdings sehr dunkel. Bei Tag braucht man E-Licht. Die Ausstattung ist recht gut, jedoch muss man wegen einer fehlenden Arbeitsfläche auf dem Esstisch das Essen zubereiten. Die Trennwand zur Nachbarwohnung ist offenbar sehr dünn. Wenn sich dort jemand aufhält, versteht man beinahe jedes Wort, was dort gesprochen wird. Das kann besonders nachts sehr unangenehm sein. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit, konnte die Gegebenheiten natürlich nicht ändern.

Etwas außerhalb von Montaione in herrlicher Natur liegt die ansprechende Anlage mit diesem netten Ferienhäuschen. Wir konnten sowohl am Haus entspannen, als auch durch die gute Erreichbarkeit von besonderen Orten wie z.B. San Gimignano oder Florenz viele Eindrücke sammeln. Wenn man nicht unbedingt das Meer braucht, liegt man mit diesem Quartier genau richtig. Ein schöner Pool macht Abkühlung möglich. Man kann Toskana unmittelbar erleben. Das Haus hat Atmosphäre und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit ansprechbar und gibt gute Tipps.

Endroit superbe, dans les paysages typiques de la Toscane: collines, vignes, oliviers, champs, les oiseaux et le calme! La maison est très bien équipée, très propre et confortable pour 4 personne. Une place un peu reculée mais idéale pour rayonner dans toute la région: Florence bien sûr, mais aussi Sienne, San Gimignano, Vinci... Bref top. Sabrina est très à l'écoute et réactive pour régler les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés...

Schöne Anlage mit traumhaften Blick vom Tennisplatz!

Das nett ausgestattete Häuschen hat eine tolle Lage für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa und Livorno. Es liegt sehr schön ruhig abseits der Staße und hat gleichzeitig eine schnelle Anbindung an Montaione, wo alles für den täglichen Bedarf zuhaben ist! Sabrina war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit!❤️

Lugar muy tranquilo con dos piscinas, una para peques y otra grande, pista de tenis. Casa completa, bonita y limpia. Todo funciona bien. Trató muy agradable. Centro comercial cerca en coche. Coche imprescindible para todo. Bien situada en la Toscana. Recomendable.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement de Sabrina. L'accueil est chaleureux et personnalisé! L'appartement est agréable et l'environnement calme est propice au repos : jardin, piscine, tennis dont nous avons pu profiter à notre guise (même si partagé avec les autres locataires) Nous recommandons cette location idéalement située pour visiter les grandes villes Toscanes (Florence, Pise, Sienne, San Giminiano, Voltera...) Endroit rêvé pour des vacances

Paysages à couper le souffle sur place, havre de paix, petits cadeaux typiques et gourmands à l'accueil qui fut bien appréciés, accueil chaleureux, commodités tout près, très bons restaurants à proximité, très bien situé pour visiter la Toscane ( Chianti, Pise, Florence, San Gimigniano, Voltera, Sienne, la mer..) Excellent holidays

L'appartement de plain-pied loué par Sabrina, est excellent : très confortable, agréablement décoré et très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Le lieu est très calme au bout d'un chemin avec une piscine et un court de tennis (des raquettes et des balles sont gentiment prévues) que l'on partage avec les autres occupants de cette ferme réaménagée en plusieurs appartements/bungalows. La vue est très belle. De plus, c'est très bien situé, à 1h environ des grandes villes touristiques à ne pas manquer (Florence et Sienne magnifiques, Pise et pas seulement sa tour, Lucca très chouette), de la mer et autour il y a de jolis et intéressants villages, sans compter la campagne toscane charmante. Sabrina est très accueillante et très attentive à ce que le séjour se passe au mieux avec des conseils et de petites attentions (excellentes confitures, biscuits italiens typiques, petits savons...). En bref, nous recommandons Le Chiavi di Aietta et espérons y retourner. The bungalow rented by Sabrina is excellent : very comfortable place, nicely decorated, very well equipped (with all you need to cook). The place is very quiet, at the end of a country lane, there is a swimming-pool, a tennis court (tennis rackets and balls are kindly provided in the house). The view is breathtaking. Moreover, the place is very well located, about one-hour away from main touristic cities (Firenze, Sienna, Pisa, Lucca), from the sea, and surrounded by very nice villages. Sabrina, our host, is really nice and makes everything (even more, her blackberry jam is just amazing) to make her guests feel well and enjoy their stay. A very good place we recommend and we'd like to visit again.

Un havre de tranquillité au cœur de la Toscane.

Une petite maison dans une résidence calme. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement (et en toute tranquillité) de la piscine et du terrain de tennis avec vue sur les collines toscanes. La situation au cœur de la région permet de visiter Sienne, Pise ou Florence dans la journée mais aussi de magnifiques villes aux alentours. L'accueil, la disponibilité et les conseils de Sabrina rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Tout est prévu en terme d'équipement de la maison. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons certainement pour un prochain séjour en Toscane.
