About this property

Ideally located in Homer's artsy city center. This fairly new 1200 sq. ft., two story, custom town home offer three bedrooms, two full baths and completely outfitted kitchen. With two bedrooms with king beds and private balconies, it is perfect for two couples exploring Alaska together. And with a petite bedroom with queen bed, it also accommodates a family or group of six easily.

Master Bedroom Suite upstairs is soothing and spacious with King Bed, seating area, flat screen TV, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and private balcony.

Second Bedroom upstairs also had King Bed, hardwood floors, and private balcony.

Third Bedroom is downstairs, across from the second private bath and has a full size queen bed.

Easy 4 minute walk to Homer's new wonderful Hornaday Park, museums, cafes, restaurants, and art galleries. Homer Old Town area is a short 10 minute walk, with multiple access points to Homer's sand beaches and Bishop's Beach area.

Added amenity of complimentary Day Passes to the oceanfront Hot Tub and Huge Oceanfront Deck at the Homer Inn & Spa is also included. (Inquire with owner regarding use times.)

Pets are welcome upon approval in writing via sure to check in with us first! There is a pet fee of $30 per pet, per day. We ask the pet owners to not leave the pet unattended, keep the pet downstairs only, and to make sure the pet stays off of the furniture. Other than, we trust our guests, and are easy!

Wisconsin to Alaska

Great location, easy walk to downtown. The beds were super comfy and plenty of room for privacy. A little more outdoor space wouldbe nice, larger deck, patio, etc. Laundry on site was a huge bonus.
