Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans une très jolie maison avec tout le confort nécessaire avec un magnifique jardin proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage de Lerici. Merci à Eva et ses parents pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse 😊

Maison très propre, toutes les commodités y sont. Avons apprécié la climatisation dans les chambres. Accueil chaleureux d'Eva et de ses parents. Bon emplacement pour visiter les régions Ligure et Toscane

Charming spot, quiet, off the beaten path.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property - why? Because the hosts are so gracious. Not only a great property, clean, well located, easy to access, charming, well appointed. But our hosts were so very accomodating and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend.

Une location parfaite

Nous avons eu la chance de passer une semaine dans la maison. Nous avons d'abord été charmés par l'accueil d'Eva et de ses parents, qui sont d'une grande gentillesse. Ensuite, nous avons été conquis par la maison et ses extérieurs. Elle est très complète et confortable et la terrasse est magnifique avec son petit salon, ses fauteuils, sa douche extérieure, ... Elle est de plus idéalement située pour visiter les 5 Terre, Portovenere, profiter des plages, ... Nous avons pu bénéficier des nombreux conseils et informations des propriétaires et de toutes leurs petites attentions qui nous ont vraiment touchées. Bref, ce fut pour nous un vrai bonheur et nous y retournerons avec énormément de plaisir.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an in diesem Ferienhaus wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr gut fanden wir auch die Aufteilung der Räume auf 2 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss das schicke Esszimmer mit einer kleinen Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit WC. Über die massive Holztreppe gelangt man ins Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern (je ein Doppelbett) und einem zweiten Badezimmer mit WC. Parkplätze am Ferienhaus sind vorhanden. Die Anlage incl. Parkplatz ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet somit auch Schutz vor ungebetenen Gästen. Durch die zentrale Lage des Ferienhauses ist man schnell in den schönsten Regionen Liguriens. Wunderschöne Strände befinden sich z. B. in Lerici oder in Marinella di Sarzana. Im Ort Romito Magra kann man jeden Morgen frische Brötchen kaufen (ab 8 Uhr), eine Pizzeria befindet sich etwa 150 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt (immer gut besucht). Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Logement idéal !

Maison très agréable avec terrasse. Logement très propre, très bien aménagé et chaleureux . Nous étions 5 personnes dans la maison et nous avions suffisamment de place. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, chaleureux et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous les remercions de leur accueil ! Emplacement parfait car proche d'une coop, d'une pizzeria et de la mer ! Je recommande ce logement sans aucune hésitation.
