Great house, the pool and the wellness is lovely. Couple of hikes around and the local brewery has some good tasting beers. Little thing is the WiFi coverage is ground floor and nothing more, the office/conference/ playroom has no WiFi at all. Couple of range extenders around the house could do the trick. For the rest beautiful. Towels are by the dozen, beds are good to sleep on, kitchen is well equipped, apart from the oven that’s broken but there’s another, yet smaller, one available which works fantastic

Prachtig huis met goede voorzieningen. Goede communicatie met eigenaar. Heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi, we hebben genoten. Aandachtspuntje: poolbiljartlaken was beschadigd. De locatie is niet zoals op de website van Belvilla staat op loopafstand van Durbuy of winkels. Hier heb je echt de auto voor nodig.

Het huis was perfect voor ons gezelschap van twee grootouders, zes ouders en zes kleinkinderen. Vijf prachtige privéslaapkamers met badkamer dus voor iedereen privacy. Gezellige ruime woonkamer en keuken en heerlijk zwembad met jacuzzi! Mooi terras en het geheel gelegen in een prachtige omgeving met vele wandel-en fietsmogelijkheden. Kleine verbeteringsgesticht: een veger bij de schoonmaakspullen installeren en misschien iets meer parasols op het terras in de warme zomers. Iedereen heeft genoten!

Prachtige omgeving, ruim huis, leuke faciliteiten, een fijn verblijf gehad! Ontvangst was goed, conciërge gaf goede uitleg en was gedurende het verblijf ook bereikbaar. Echter, het achterstallig onderhoud aan het huis, is echt zonde voor zo'n relatief nieuw huis: beschadigingen aan muren, bladderende verf loszittende tegels, onafgewerkte elektra (kroonsteen erop).Grote oven werkt niet (al jaren volgens de reviews), ter vervanging hiervan twee kleine combi ovens, wat op zich prima is, maar minder praktisch met een grote groep.
