Superb architect-designed villa!

This superb architect-designed villa of around 370 m2, comfortable, with neat decoration is not overlooked and very quiet.

It is ideally located, close to all leisure activities and all amenities.

The swimming pool, in full sun from morning to evening is 5m x 10m and is secured by a wrought iron barrier. It works with salt, that is to say that there is no inconvenience from chlorine.

The garden is fully enclosed and closed by a gate and an automatic gate, ideal for letting children have fun in the garden in complete safety.

The pool house offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a large table and its living room. It allows you to be both outside with people who are in the pool or in the garden, while being protected from the sun! A shower and toilet are next door.

The huge living room of around 100 m2 opens onto a large terrace with an unobstructed view.

Très bon séjour à Montpellier dans cette magnifique villa. La pièce principale est très grande. La villa est parfaite pour accueillir une grande famille ou plusieurs petites.L'espace extérieur offre une très grande piscine et un salon d'été au top et à l'ombre. Une location qui est grandement recommandée.

Schöner Urlaub

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub mit 5 Personen in einer sehr geräumigen Villa. Die Übernahme des Objektes von der sehr freundlichen Eigentümerin verlief trotz unserer bescheidenen Französischkenntnisse unkompliziert. Der Wohn-, Koch- und Essbereich ist sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und vom Pool über das kleine Tal des Flüsschens Mosson ist sehr schön. Die Mosson selbst versteckt sich unter einer dichten Vegetation, so dass sie vom Haus aus nicht zu sehen ist. Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig mit wenig Verkehr. Ins Stadtzentrum benötigten wir mit dem PKW ca. 20 min. Wer gerne im Meer badet, sollte ca. 45 min Fahrzeit einplanen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet, die wir teilweise auch im Einsatz hatten. Wir nutzten 2 Bäder, die jeweils eine Dusche hatten. Es wurde pro Person ein Dusch- und ein Handtuch sowie ein Waschlappen gestellt. Der Pool ist gechlort. Es ist ein kleiner Garten mit Rasen vorhanden, der sich für kleine Spiele eignet.

UNE LOCATION VRAIMENT EXCELLENTE

Si vous aimez le calme, l'espace, le soleil, l'ombre, les barbecues, ... Vous ne serez pas deçus par cette location ! De plus le pool-house est vraiment formidable, spacieux (bénéficiant de tous les accesoires de cuisine) pour y manger, discuter, s'y reposer... Sans parler de la piscine qui est splendide. Je recommande vivement cette location!

Très belle villa, située dans un quartier calme, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer de supers moments en famille ou entre amis. Nous étions 9 adultes et 5 enfants, avec beaucoup d'espace de vie. Nous avons apprécié les moments au bord de la piscine avec cette très jolie vue dégagée.
