Lecques is a lovely family seaside resort with a beautiful long beach of white sand sometimes, sometimes pebbles and a few private beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas. At about 40 km from Marseille and 30 km from Toulon.

The apartment is ideal for 1 couple and 2 children or friends from 2 to 4 people.

It is composed :
* 1 living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a table and chairs and a TV. Bay window overlooking the terrace
* 1 bedroom alcove with 2 bunk beds 90 x 200 cm, and a large wardrobe
* 1 mezzanine with a bed for 2 people of 160 x 200 cm,
* 1 kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster,
* 1 bathroom with bathtub and bidet equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, winding clothes rack,
* 1 separate WC,
* 1 terrace of 8 M2, oriented south-east with swing, parasol, table and chairs of outside and electric barbecue,

And of course dishes, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board.

Air-conditioned apartment, very clear, sunny morning.

Private parking place in front of the apartment.

The residence is closed by a large gate opening remote.

You just have to put your bags and enjoy swimming, sports activities, the discovery of our beautiful area or simply lounging or a well-deserved relaxation.

Feet in the sand

The appartement is only a few steps from beautiful and kid-friendly beach les Lecques. Very tidy, quiet and well-equipped. Ideal for our family of 4 Person. Anayis was very helpful and helped with all questions. Will come back!

Emplacement idéal pour les amoureux de la mer à pied, studio très bien agencé et calme pour un séjour en août, petit plus pour les quelques produits de nécessité disponibles ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ..(PQ, sopalin, alu, sel, sucre.. et ménagers).Très bon accueil à l'arrivée !Juste un petit bémol pour le positionnement de la clim sur l'intérieur du balcon soufflant air chaud - nous reviendrons probablement. Super séjour

Appartement bien situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces, lieu de villégiature idéal pour 3 adultes, ni trop grand ni trop petit, avec terrasse sur le devant de l immeuble suffisamment en retrait pour limiter les bruits de la rue. Je recommande.

Très belle localisation

L'appartement est très propre et la résidence très calme tout en étant proche de tout. Deux minutes à pieds de la mer et des commerces,de plus la proximité de l'autoroute permet de rejoindre les villes alentours en un rien de temps: Marseille,Cassis,Sanary,Bandol,Aubagne,Aix en Provence et les petites villages perchés tout proche pleins de charme comme Le Castellet ou Evenos... L'appartement est appréciable pour sa machine à laver et le lave vaisselle ,quant à la climatisation,elle est extrêmement silencieuse. Anayis est charmante ,venez !!!

Location trés agréable, bien situé à moins de deux minutes de la plage. Proximité commerces, boulangerie, restaurants, aire de jeux pour les enfants. Trés jolie balcon, appartement bien entretenu. Nous recommandons ce location.
