This casual resort complex is 4.2 miles from SeaWorld, 6.4 miles from Epcot and 7.3 miles from the Magic Kingdom.

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of working Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $15 per day resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes mini golf, ping pong, pools and hot tubs, use of BBQ grills, fitness center, business computer/internet and boarding pass printing, luggage storage, organized activities, and use of recreational facilities at Cypress Pointe Resort and complimentary coffee in the lobby daily until noon.

Grande Villas Resort shares the property with Cypress Pointe Resort.

A detailed arrival letter will be sent once the reservation is paid in full. If you have paid in full, it will be sent as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation will be made in the name of the person making the purchase, if additional names need to be added to your reservation for check in purposes (arriving on different flights, etc), please notify us at the time of purchase or at least 7 days prior to arrival date of the additional names that should be permitted to check in. If a name is not on the reservation they will not be permitted to check in, no exceptions.

Wonderful property

This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. So close to Disney. Easy to get on highways. Would definitely book again!!

This was a great location, nice amenities on site. Could do without the pushy sales people wanting you do sit down for a timeshare presentation while my two year old was throwing a tantrum, with them saying it will only take two seconds, but knew what to expect heading into it. So for that I was thankful. Facility was clean. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great Place for Families!

We really enjoyed Grande Villas! They are especially great for kids. We were only in town for a few days, but we really enjoyed our stay. They are a short drive to the Disney Parks and the resort feels pretty secluded. You have access to the resort facilities across the street too and they have an awesome pool/playground area. Grande Villas has 2 nice pools, 2 jacuzzis, a shallow children’s pool and a playground. They had a really cute activity center between the two pools where the kids could do crafts, play games and get their face painted among other things. They have daily programs for both adults and kids. Our room was well equipped and very clean. They have everything you need in the kitchen to cook your own meals except for the food. We would definitely return here on another trip to Orlando.

Amazing!

This resort was probably one of, if not the best resort I have stayed at in a long time. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights. The check-in time was super easy and fast. The room was very clean, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable, the bathroom was even bigger and so nice. The kitchen had everything in it I needed to make our stay comfortable, a full kitchen with all appliances and utensils already there for you to use. I was sad to leave but I will definitely come back and book again next time I visit Orlando!

The condo is awesome and the price is just right. However, problems ensued upon checkin.

So, we booked our stay in advance and paid for 4 nights at booking. When we were flying in our flight was cancelled and we were left scrambling at the last minute to try and find another flight and a place to stay. Unfortunately in the scramble we forgot to call the Grand Villas to let them know we'd be checking in a day late because of the problem. However, having already paid for our stay we expected it not to be a problem. We finally made it to Orlando late in the evening the following day. Exhausted, we were told by the front desk that our reservations were cancelled, we were charged a fee for not checking in the day prior, and they had rented our unit out to someone else. They told us that they were completely booked and we would have to find other lodging elsewhere. It was nearly midnight and after pleading with the manager he was miraculously able to find us a unit for the night, however he charged us more than double what we had already agreed to pay per night. he told us that it was their standard rate and there was nothing that he could do. So, we went to our room and found a hotel on hotels.com for the following 2 nights. Late the next day we received a call from the manager of the condo unit which we had rented, he stated that he would change the fee that we paid to the fee agreed on and he'd help us find lodging if we still needed it. Since we had already booked and paid at the hotel we left things as they were. We will see how the charges show up on our credit card, I don't necessarily trust them at their word. In summation, its a wonderful place, as long as you hit no snags. But, who can ever pre-plan for snags like these?

Great condo, beware of front office sales pitch!

Room was great, amenities were on point, location was perfect for anyone going to I-drive and the parks. Front office aggressive and pushy sales pitches were a total let down. Felt like we were passing the principal's office every morning , very unfortunate because the stay was great.

Very nice facility,friendly personnel room was very clean and bed was comfy

I booked this room for a conference at the convention center about 7 miles away. Facility was clean, room was better than anticipated and all staff we dealt with were very friendly. No complaints!

Nice room, but not for long term

We stayed 3 nights and the room was clean, bathroom was HUGE but overall the room felt a little crammed together, set up was odd. Nice short drive to Disney parks and good price. Good service at front desk too. Pools were nice but it rained a lot while we were there so we didn't get to use them much.

Weekend Getaway in Orlando

My husband and I booked this for a weekend getaway while visiting family in the Orlando area. The room was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The resort property was well maintained and provided plenty of activities for families.

Very enjoyable!!

We stayed at the Diamond Resorts for 10 days and it was all that we needed it to be. Everyone we spoke to was really nice and was more than willing to help. Our room was clean and had all the essentials. If we plan another visit to Florida that will definitely be the place we stay!!

close to parks

This resort is close to Hotel Plaza Blvd. the one bedroom was clean. The light over the tub was out and the between the sinks did not work. The kitchen living room area had no windows, is very small and dark. The bathroom is very large and has the only window. The bedroom was small and had sliders to a small screened patio. The walls were thin and you could here conversations of neighbors and all the activities by the pool. It did not work for us but may be perfect for another couple. The staff was very friendly and the grounds are beautiful. I
