Spacious 2nd floor (w/ elevator), 1-bedroom / 1-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 3 guests allowed in and 1 parking space available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Great property location on the lake

This property was very clean. The location was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool area and being next to the park and lake. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and amazing.

Perfect for our needs

Whilst the decor might be a little tired, the condo was spotless and everything we needed.All the utensils you could ever need, free shuttle into town was excellent.Location spot on for all the free bus routes.Absolutely perfect for our needs.....Would book again if ever returning to Beaver Creek.

Short ski trip

The condo was perfect for our quick ski trip. Location was great. Having a wood burning fire place was a bonus and having plenty of fire wood on the patio was nice. My only advice would be to have some paper and kindling to make starting a fire a little easier. Would definitely stay there again

Beaver Creek Ski Trip

Stayed 2 weeks. Very convenient to ski BC and Vail, thanks to the shuttle and bus service. It was great to have the washer/dryer. Warm and quiet. Will book this one again.

So convenient for skiing at Beaver Creek!

While our checkin procedure wasn’t perfect, I appreciated that we were able to checkin at 2PM! The unit itself is very comfortable and well equipped, if a little dated. The hot tubs, sauna, and heated pool were an exceptional amenity and not at all crowded. The shuttle to and from the gondola to Beaver Creek was a convenience that we really enjoyed. All in all, great value and more than adequate accommodations. We would definitely recommend to others.

Great except for the bed

Condo was as pictured. Couldn’t find office hours for check in but we got there before 5. The only thing keeping us from staying there again is a very sagging bed. Not sure how the owners find that comfortable.

Cozy Place Real Fireplace

The property is a little dated but cozy. We loved the real fireplace. Kitchen was stocked with any cooking supplies you needed. Bathroom is small & needs to be updated but worked for us. Would stay here again. Shuttle service was convenient door pickup to the riverfront gondola area. Parking was a challenge if you need more than one vehicle you will need to make arrangements to park in Beaver Creek/ Avon someplace.

Great location and amenities

Fairly big for a 1BR apartment. Plenty of kitchen necessities to cook a meal. Nice deck for enjoy the morning sun. Furniture was comfortable with plenty of room to have a few friends over. Wifi and TV worked great. It was nice to have a washing machine in the unit. The pool was great, as was the easy proximity to the lake/beach and the town of Avon. The bathroom and a few other things were a little dated, however not a big deal to me.

Great place for two or three people

The condo has everything that one needs for a ski vacation. Everything worked well and the condo office answered all questions and was ready to provide any other help we needed. The washer and dryer are quite nice to have. A shuttle bus picks up guests right in front of the building and takes you to the shuttle stop for the bus to Beaver Creek, where you have the option of walking about 200 meters to a gondola that gets you on the ski mountain. There are nearby restaurants in Avon, though a bit far for walking on a cold night.

Never stay again!

Condo wreaked of smoke. Patio was filthy. No wash clothes. Worst bed I have ever slept in. Coffee maker was dirty with stains. .

Very out dated and needs lot of work

Pool and hot tub are very nice. The condo needs lot of work. No screen on the patio door and the screen on the living room window falling off. When we arrived no toilet paper in condo no laundry soap and no propane for the grill. The shower door off the track and the doors to washer and dryer off the track. Kitchen drawer face falling off and cobb webs in the corner of the living room. Had to ask for are clean towels that were to be changed midweek. Not gold rated as advertised. Would not stay there again.

The ski transportation provided by the property as well as by the city of Avon was perfect. The front desk was really friendly and helpful. We loved the area, really nice restaurants and very walkable. An affordable (and at times nicer) alternative to Vail proper. The only downside was that the property didn't feel particularly clean, which is a bit concerning during the pandemic. The linens and pillows desperately needed to be replaced. It would also be helpful if the property was stocked with some basic amenities, like shampoo, conditioner, something to light the fire with and washing powder for the provided laundry so that we didn't need to buy large volumes of this for a short stay.

Good location. Tired unit

Location is great for access to Beaver Creek The unit is furnished with older furniture (saggy bed) and the finishes are worn. No amenities like toiletries, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, etc. So make a comprehensive shopping run before arriving. Cookware limited and some is non-stick with much of the coating worn off. Has a working wood fireplace which is nice.

Pretty good

Location was fantastic, right next to Nottingham Park. The unit needs a lot of updating and the mattress was very soft and sagging in the middle. The light in the dining area was not working but was fixed the same day. Just FYI there is no air conditioning just a couple box fans.

Great location. Easy access to restaurants and buses to Vail and Beaver Creek.
