Stylish Condo Just 700 ft. from Beaver Creek Gondola

Conveniently-located home with mountain views at the Seasons in Avon right at the gateway to the world-class Beaver Creek Ski Resort. You'll enjoy the remodeled kitchen, bath, bedroom and living room where you can warm up by the fireplace. The Seasons at Avon features underground parking and is walking distance to shops, restaurants, Avon Recreation Center, Nottingham Park and Lake, and complimentary bus service around town or just $4 ($1 for ages <18) the lifts at Vail. Walk just 2 minutes (about 700 feet) to the Beaver Creek gondola or choose to take a free Skier Express bus just outside our door to Beaver Creek Village while your car stays parked free in our underground garage. For just $4 per adult and $1 per youth, 18 and under you can take a bus to Vail Village just 20 minutes away!

Property is right next to Avon Station and a short walk to the gondola. So you can take the bus or Gondola to Beaver Creek. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Location Avon condo

We stayed for 3 nights on our way from Denver to Moab. This condo was just right for our purposes -- centrally located and walkable to stores, restaurants, rec center, bike path, etc. The condo was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The only negative was the limited space to store your cloths.

Many of those memories for us have been right here in the Vail Valley - one of our favorite places to have fun, relax and enjoy some of the best mountain beauty that Colorado has to offer!

Why they chose this property

Avon is lined with scenic paths and walkways starting right out the back door, leading to just about anything you'd want to do during your visit including the Nottingham Park, lake and beach. During the winter, your favorite walk may be to the 700-foot jaunt to the Beaver Creek Resort gondola. If you prefer a free ride to just about anywhere in the town of Avon or to ice skating in Beaver Creek Village, the transit center is located right out the front door. Keep your car parked dry and safe during your stay in the free underground parking and park all day on your check-in and check-out days to maximize your trip! During the summer, Nottingham Park Lake/Beach is just a .4 mile walk with boat and paddle board rentals. We have beach chairs, tubes, and towels for you to use at the condo!
