This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment, newly refurbished, in a good location in the popular resort of Costa Teguise.
The apartment consists of the master bedroom with 5 ft bed and the second bedroom with a 5 ft bed also.
The bathroom is complete with bath shower, bidet and wash hand basin with a vanity unit.
The lovely sitting dining area consists dining table with 4 dining chairs, a cream leather 3+2 sofa combination, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a quiet little corner for reading or listening to some laid back music on stereo system.
The kitchen come fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and the washing machine is located in the solana along with the clothes line.
The sitting area looks out onto the patio area which has a rattan table with 4 chairs and and umbrella. Also on the terrace, are the 4 sun loungers for lazy days under the blue sky.
The apartment also has it own individual parking space.

Costa Teguise Apartment

Our stay at this property was excellent. A very spacious and comfortable apartment with a large sun terrace which overlooked the communal pool and had sea views. It is positioned roughly 5 to 10 min walk to the main resort area, but also has a number of bars and restaurants fairly close by. We would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Lovely and quier location

Perfectly placed location if wanting a quiet relaxing stay but within a short walking distance for the beach, restaurants etc Very large terrace, perfect for the sunshine all day, but still a shaded area if you wanted it. Wish we could have stayed longer, but there is always next time.

A week in Costa Teguise

Property was 10 minute walk from Las Cucharas beach in a quiet area of the resort. With easy access to a communal swimming pool and a large, sheltered patio area, this two bedroomed holiday home was ideal for a week in the sun.

Perfect spacious apartment with pool view and good location

A very clean, bright and roomy apartment located not far from centre and beach with a large sun terrace, overlooking the pool. Free parking space. Ideal property for our holiday and highly recommended.

Lovely getaway!

Had a lovely stay in this apartment, which is very spacious,large bedrooms, lounge & eating area, in a good location, just minutes from some lovely restaurants.( we loved La Otra close by, Nameste, & Shanghai )The pool area is a good size, ( we dipped in January, lovely & fresh!) & was constantly cleaned lovely to see from the large apartment patio, which is a great sun trap, has a small gate down to the pool, ideal. Car parking space if you need, but the buses are good, & you can walk easily everywhere Response was quick from the hosts & we can thoroughly recommend staying here.

From initial booking and questions, Richard, the host, was extremely quick to respond. Everything went according to plan. We booked the apartment for the two of us but then another couple joined us for a week.

Home from home but with some sunshine. Lovely spacious apartment, with everything you need. Nice large outdoor space, true sun trap. Very short walk down to the quite pool area. Supermarket short walk away, parking space outside for apartment. Would i stay zgain.....absolutely.

Peace and quiet

Apartment is in a lovely location. So peaceful and quiet, which is just what we needed. There’s a shop for all your daily needs just a few minutes walk away, and a walk to the beach is no more than 10 minutes. Terrace is in the sun for most of the day, so be aware it gets very hot out there. Great apartment, great stay.

FANTASTIC

The apartment is brilliant the location is perfect a very small stroll to the sea. The neighbors were very considerate. Three minute walk to the supermarket. I have stayed here three times and will be back. It’s Fantastic. Kind Regards Adrian

3 week stay

Property OK, but kitchen is badly in need of a refurbishment. Still the original units. Wouldn't want to prepare food in there. Michelle was really good, and always available. The apartment was exceptionally clean. We didn't use the pool as the patio area had sun all day. There are no sun beds around the pool so if you want to spend time there you will have to take the sun beds from the apartment.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We have just returned from a great week in Costa Teguise. Apartment is in a quiet location but there’s ample places to eat and drink in the area and a supermarket 5 mins away. Roughly a 10 min walk to the beach and promenade where you can walk a bit further into the busier area of Costa Teguise. The apartment has everything you need in a holiday home and we’d definitely go back. The terrace got a bit hot even in March and with the winds we had the week we were there but the pool area is ideal if you want a cooler spot. The pool area is much bigger than it looks on the pictures and is spotless. Good correspondence with the owner. Would recommend eating nearby in La Otra, Mar Azul and La Bohemia but you may need to book or wait for a table at weekends. Also had a great Indian meal at Namaste. First time in Lanzarote and will be back 😎

Lovely stay at San Jacinto

18 night stay, great property. Party of 2 aged 68/72. We knew no air con then hit freak heat in October. No issues, fans and through breeze perfectly adequate. Thank you Richard, Lorraine and Michelle for accommodating our arrival and departure times which was so helpful. Property as described. Knew location already hence choosing. We like a stroll down to front and supermarket very convenient. Pool is lovely. Vino on arrival also very welcome thank you. Will be our first choice of property when we return. As it says in description, location may be problem if mobility issue due to elevation. Suited us fine. Would start each day with a walk across front of the four beaches Charcos, Cucharas, Jabillo, Bastion and back. Love the resort.

Arrived at the property and it looked like it did in the photos massive big patio which was a lovely suntrap. The only problem was the pool. The water was all murky and sludge on the bottom. Put this down to the storm that had happened just before we arrived. So though okay they will be sorting it out. They started emptying it a few days later then nothing. I asked the lady who looked after the property what was happening. She told me that there was a leak in the pool. So for the rest of the holiday we had no pool. We were there for 47 days so this caused a bit of a dampner on our holiday. As the weather was really hot and nowhere to cool down. I understand that things like this is out of the owners hands but it would have been nice for them to have contacted us. Other than that the accommodation was fine..

Quelle bellesurprise que cette location aTout d abord la communication avec les propriétaires était très facile et courtoiseBeaucoup d information pour arriver à la location mais aussi concernant les restaurants et super marché a proximité.Des cadeaux de bienvenue nous attendaient dans la location : bouteille de vin,lait ,jus d'orange, biscuits et café au cas où la supérette était fermée a notre arrivée L appartement est très propre et spacieux avec tout ce qu il faut pour se sentir bien (chaise longue, parasol,)La cuisine était très propre ainsi que tous les ustensiles de cuisine,On disposait d une place de parking privé juste en face de l appartement L appartement est vraiment très proche des commerces et restaurants .Costa teguise permet de découvrir facilement toute l ile a moins d une heure de voiture pour le point le plus éloigné Vous comprenez ,je pense ,que nous avons passez d excellentes vacances dans cet appartement et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location

Estuvimos 7 días muy a gusto en el apartamento de Lorraine. Está equipado con todo lo necesario, limpio y ordenado. La zona de Costa Teguise es muy turística, para nosotras no tuvo gran interés, pero está bien situada en la isla para acceder a muchos puntos importantes

Nette Wohnung in ruhiger Anlage

Gepflegte Wohnung mit 2 schönen Schlafzimmern in Anlage am nordöstlichen Rand von Costa Teguise. 10-15 min zu Fuß zum Strand „Playa des Cucharas“. Schöne Sonnenterasse, auf der man morgens schon in der Sonne frühstücken kann. Wir haben manchmal zum anderen Teil des Ortes ein Taxi genommen (4 €). Die Straße ist ruhig, 5 min zu Fuß zum nächsten Supermarkt und den nächsten Restaurants und Kneipen/Bars. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war total problemlos und nett.

Central location

Wonderful to be back in our favorite place! We have stayed at this location before but not this particular apartment, it did not disappoint. Booking was stress free and the owners were very helpful with any queries or questions and would reply almost immediately. The apartment was spotless and thank you for the welcome pack! Felt like home from home as everything you needed was thought of. Safe and friendly area. Great, central location, Only 10 mins to the beach and about 20 to the main square. Sometimes felt like it was a private pool as we had it to ourselves on occasions. Thank you!

Property suited our needs perfectly.

We stayed at this property for 9 nights, two adults & two children aged 8 & 6. We had a lovely stay here, suited our needs perfectly, use of the pool & 10 minute walk to the beach. Also Spar supermarket a couple of minutes away. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Apartment was spotlessly clean - the apartment is large and spacious and has everything you would need for your stay - there was hairdryer iron washing machine which we didn’t use but it’s available the kitchen is well stocked and the patio is large enough to sunbathe on but the pool is only down a few stairs all in all very good

A spacious apartment in a good location

A nice spacious apartment with views of the sea. The beds were comfy and the lounge was homely but other areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and sun loungers cushions need updating. The area is perfect in terms of walkable to restaurants (5-10 mins) and the beach (15-20mins) but if you have mobility issues the property is on a steep hill so you will need to take that in to consideration. The host was fantastic at communicating and the on site manager was also great and helped us to organise transport to the airport on our journey home which we were really thankful for. The pool is lovely but we didn’t use it as it was too cold for this time of year. The area is very quiet and peaceful but there are residents living above the property so be aware there will be noise above you. A great place to stay

Absolutely Faboluos

This great appartement has you all need. clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Large terrace with sea view. nice pool etc. Unbeatable at this price.
