Located 2 km from the town of Floridia, Villa Cristina is a great accommodation for your summer holidays, ideal for visiting the eastern part of Sicily. The structure, surrounded by green citrus groves and Sicilian olive groves, is newly built and structured on one floor. The villa consists of a large living room / kitchen with two sofas, TV, kitchenette, fridge and electric oven; two bedrooms, one very spacious with a double bed and the other with three single beds; a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are available. The villa has a large private and free parking, surrounded by greenery. We will also provide you with barbecue equipment. In the entire structure there is free wi-fi internet. The villa is located in a strategic point to quickly reach tourist locations such as Syracuse, Noto, Avola, Cavagrande del Cassibile, the necropolis of Pantalica and several beaches such as Vendicari, Calamosche, Arenella and many others.

Un séjour magnifique au milieu des orangers, des citronniers et de la campagne Sicilienne

Ramasser nos oranges tous les jours pour consommation immédiate fut une expérience gustative dépaysante. Gite bien équipé et accueil sympathique. La location est située idéalement pour découvrir le sud est de la Sicile. Nous recommandons!

Tolle Alleinlage mit vielen Orangenbäumen

Vielen Dank an Christina für die zuvorkommende und freundliche Betreuung. Die gezeigten Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Wer Ruhe sucht und relaxen will und das Hundegebell umliegender Fincas kennt, wird hier nicht enttäuscht. Alles war sehr sauber, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad funktional eingerichtet und für längere Aufenthalte gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine. Am besten gefiel uns das Frühstück in der Sonne mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft.

Quiet and spacious

This is a roomy house in a garden of oranges with a lovely terrace and in a quiet neighbourhood. By car it is easy to shop in Floridia and to reach picturesque cities such as Siracusa, Noto or Palazzolo. The large living room is bare, and the kitchen is sparsely equipped.

maison au calme dans les culture d'olives et d'agrumes

Avons passé un séjour en Sicile, pour notre première fois nous avons pris cette location à côté de Floridia. Le calme de la campagne sicilienne. Pour info à floridia vous aurez tous les commerces nécessaires. Géographiquement de belles plages sont à 25 min de voiture, Syracuse à 25 min, Catane à 55 min, Taormine à 1h10, Pentalica à 1h, la villa romana à 1h30, 2h30 pour agrigente et 3h pour palerme. En ce qui concerne le logement : grande terrasse ensoleillé pour le petit déjeuné, literie, salle de bain cuisine, le tout est bien équipé, la petite box 4G marche très bien pour nous permettre de regarder sur internet notre programme du lendemain. Nous n’avons pas pu voir le proprio car elle travaillait mais son père nous a accueillis très chaleureusement. Un bon point de chute pour découvrir la sicile.

Wunderschöne Oase in länndlicher, ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben in der Villa Cristina wunderschöne Tage verleben dürfen. Der Garten rund ums Haus ist von Orangen- und Olivienbäumen, Palmen, Rosen und Hibiskus umgeben und die Räumlichkeiten bieten genug Platz für 4-5 Personen. Besonders hat uns die tolle Hilfsbereitschaft von Cristina und ihrem Eltern gefallen und hierfür nochmals ein besonderes Dankeschön. Da wir am zweiten Tag im Dunkeln nicht mehr den Weg zur Villa finden konnten, bedurfte es nur einen Anruf und Cristina schickte ihren Vater zum Piazza de Popolo und er geleitete uns zum Haus.

Sehr schönes, großes Haus im Grünen

Das Haus ist komplett renoviert, Möbel sind neu, es ist sauber und sehr geräumig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super in einer weitläufigen Gartenanlage, man bekommt Nachbarn fast nicht mit. Rings ums Haus sind Olivenbäume und Palmen, man kann sehr schön auf der Terrasse essen / draußen sitzen. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge entlang der Südostküste. Nach Syrakus sind es etwa 20 Minuten per Auto, nach Noto etwa 40 Minuten. Auch der Ort Floridia hat seinen Charme. Die Vermieterin Cristina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns in Floridia abgeholt und zur Unterkunft geleitet, da der Weg beim ersten mal schwierig zu finden ist. Für Fragen während unseres Aufenthaltes stand sie uns immer zur Verfügung. Da meine Frau Italienisch spricht kann ich nicht sagen, wie die Verständigung in Englisch funktioniert. Für jemanden der Ruhe sucht und dennoch einen guten Startpunkt für Ausflüge (egal ob Stadt oder Strand) möchte, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt geeignet.

Sehr ruhig, sehr schön!

Alles war bestens! Die Wohnung ist ruhig und sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Beste ist aber die großzügigeTerrasse mit Blick auf die Küste! Sehr viel Charme hat die Lage in einem kleinen Bergdorf mit engen Straßen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very nice and clean house

The owners are really helpful. The house is nice and Clean. When you see the house it looks even beter then on the pictures. The house had enough space and the beds are really comfortable. The wifi works perfect. Its gives you a lot of privacy. The supermarktet, bar zijn pizzeria etc. Are really close to the house.
