Vacation House Villino Gio.
The villa is located in one of the most beautiful and well known seaside areas of the Syracusan coast, Arenella. Inside the house, located on a single floor of 90 square meters, there are a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with built-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, stove with oven, fridge and washing machine. The outdoor area, surrounded by greenery and with parking, is equipped with two covered wooden verandas, one of which with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and other comforts (tables, chairs and deck chairs). It is 200 meters from the bus stop of the bus with service that connects the area of the beach to the neighboring bathing areas (protected area of Plemmirio) and Syracuse center. Nearby there are several services, market, petrol station, bar, tobacconist, ice cream parlor and pizzeria.
