House in Liguria (Italian Riviera) with sun terrace and sea view. This tranquil house – in typical ancient style with cross and barrel vaults – has been completely restored in 2021 and has approx. 60 m² ground area. The ground floor contains a living room/ kitchen (dining area, fitted kitchen) and bathroom. Above it is the first living/bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and seating corner. The second living/bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, seating corner and TV (German). From the verdant roof terrace you have a splendid view of the whole village and the sea. The next beach town is only 4 km away from Cipressa (Cipressa lies between Imperia and San Remo). In Cipressa itself there is one grocery shop, two very good restaurants and a bar with foreign cooking. Hiking in the nearby mountain villages and excursions to the lake Alps in the surrounding area (mountain hiking paths) are available. *** Fantastic terrace property
