Very nice week in Casa Amizade

We spent one amazing week in the Casa Amizade. We enjoyed going swimming in the pool playing tennis and going to the beach.

Wonderful return to the quinta

Villa was fantastic. Great facilities and location. Communal pools were always quiet. Horse riding and restaurant on site and great beaches nearby. Wonderful week. Hope to return soon!

Stunning location, everything on your door step

The standard of the property was wonderful. Every little detail thought of, wonderful finishing touches, welcome pack of food essentials and current magazines, maps and local event leaflets. Sunsets to die for on a wonderful small quiet estate.

Quinta da Sandade

What a lovely place! The perfect setting for a fabulous vacation. The central location gave us easy access to the highway for days we wanted to explore and a stones throw to the beach and bird preserve for the days we wanted to chill out. Watching the sunset from the patio was our evening ritual.

Home from home

Our second time to the Quinta and it was just as special as the first. The property works so well for our family with everything you need and more within the villa plus the 2 pools on property are both excellent and clean. Quiet beaches even in high season are close by as are Zoo Marine and Slide and Splash for great family days out. The constant breeze make the weather ideal.

Fantastic stay!

Spent 6 days in Villa Amizade with my wife and our 9 months baby. The house is amazing. The areas are pretty large, with a very nice master bedroom and living room. But the spotlight must go to the balcony, which is huge and with an awesome view over the property and the sea. The house is very clean and with every appliance you'll need. Bottomline, we had a wonderful stay. Definitely looking forward to come back.

beautifully refurbished accommodation

The accommodation was very spacious with an enormous balcony. Everything you needed plus much more (including electric juicer to squeeze the oranges we bought by the roadside). On-site restaurant was fabulous. Pools very well kept (but, be warned, don't allow inflatables in either pool - may be a problem for some and a blessing for others!) We have been self-catering for many years and this was one of the best we have stayed in.

Peaceful setting

We stayed in 10A apartment, which was clean, bright & modern. The balcony area was spacious & a relaxing area with a bbq which we used several times. There are 2 pool areas which had plenty of sun beds & umbrellas. The pool was very clean. You do needs a car if you stay here, but the view across is peaceful & it is lovely at night watching the sun go down with a glass of Portuguese rose.

Awesome!

Beautiful location with stunning view from the terrace. House was very well equipped, clean and spacious. If you love horse riding, it's a place to be. Few minutes’ drive away from the beach, beautiful and clean pool area. Very quiet location. There is a restaurant available. We didn’t eat there though as we preferred to cook for ourselves. We would definitely go back there.

Great house

It was our second time at Quinta de Saudade, our first in this house, which was great! We really felt at home. The view from the terrace was amazing. The accommodation itself is situated in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. It had everything we needed to have a good vacation! Unfortunately, the weather was quite cold at the beginning of our stay, so we had to use the heating. There are several possibilities how to get the house warm: A log burner, two electric radiators and also the air-condition. It was very clean (the maid is coming three times per week), the kitchen was well equipped, and wifi was fast and reliable. The next supermarket is about 5 minutes by car. There are several wonderful beaches within 10 – 20 minutes of drive. We really enjoyed our holidays and will definitely come back.

Hébergement très agréable. Bien placé avec tout le confort. Idéal pour des vacances en famille au calme. Disponibilité et réactivité des hôtes à nos demandes. Dommage que l'eau du robinet ne soit pas potable. L'eau vient d'un puit et est donc salée.

Klein huis maar terras maakt veel goed. Proper, behalve de bbq( verroest, is als eerste gebruik na de winter niet te gebruiken) Behulpzame eigenaars via chat en aan de telefoon. Veel te doen in de buurt. ( stadjes, zoomarine, zee, boottochten, kliffen…)Domein op zich vonden wij wat verwaarloosd. Missch wordt het wat geupdate en levendiger in het hoogseizoen. Al bij al een hele toffe week

We have used the BBQ this week and it is cleaned after each use by the maids. With regards to the Quinta itself, the pool areas and gardens get painted every year after the rainy season has finished, usually beginning of May. The gardens are always beautifully maintained by our two full time gardeners. It is good to hear you enjoyed you week at the villa.
