Beautiful villa

We had amazing time in the villa, it felt just like home. The villa is great and well equipped, pool area is very nice and calm. The location is perfect, so close to the Ibiza town and all parties and beaches. We enjoyed it so much and would stay again

Lovely Villa in a nice residential area.

The Villa was perfect for our requirements. It was in a great location for the buses and supermarkets and to get in to town. The villa itself had all the necessary amenities it was spacious both inside and outside.

A home like if it was mine

We really enjoyed staying in this quiet place close to town and airport. A house very well decorated with a beautiful garden and several outside corners for lounge, dinner room, sport and swimming pool. The owner and Marcos were very nice with us and gave us all information requested. I warmly recommend this typical Ibizan house.

Fab villa

Lovely villa: - great outdoor space for sunbathing and enjoying the pool - located less than 300 metres from the supermarket. - all equipment is decent spec - bedrooms all decent size but only one en suite - accommodation mgr was responsive and helpful. @€20 cab to old town or the likes of Ushaia, Nassau Beach Club Watch out for the 10am checkout and get some mosquito repellant!

Great Villa!

We had a great time staying at this villa. Maria met us at the property on arrival to check us in and show us round. We had pre-arranged for a high chair and cot to be available and they were there ready for us.The villa itself was spotless and beautiful, with plenty of room. The area is residential so very quiet with a Mercado a very short walk away. Walking to town takes about 30mins but there is a bus route very close by which gets you there quicker. Would definitely recommend this as a base to explore. We had a great time.

Nice break

Most things good. Spacious villa with all things in place for a weeks stay. Few things not working, alarm and pool lights on arrival. More instructions for appliances would help. Overall nice villa, huge and lovely outside area. Supermarket a couple of minutes walk.

Nice house with pool

Overall the house and the pool were nice. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms had mold on the wall which you could smell. So this was really bad. Tableware was little. No hoover and NO BARBECUE.

Great villa

The villa itself is brilliant, it has everything that you could need and the finish of the villa is excellent. The only negative we found with the villa was how cold the pool was but we did stay at the beginning of May so we did expect that, I think if we had stayed later in the season it wouldn't have been the case as the garden and pool area are in full sun all day. There is a huge supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the bus stop is about 10 minutes walk away that takes you into Ibiza town, the bus service is very regular also. We did walk into Ibiza town once but it took 40 minutes and another 15 minutes to get to the harbour, so from that point we used the public transport which was not a problem. The check in with Alex was great and Alex replied to any queries really quickly which was much appreciated. It was especially kind that it had been noted by your team, that we was checking in on my birthday and balloons and wine/beer was left as a gift, that was so thoughtful! It is a great place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thanks!

Stayed there for family friends wedding on the island

Family of 5 stayed there from 7th sep until 14 sep 2024....we loved the villa...there were no problems at all .....the location is what we wanted we never hire a car...and fliating about in tazis on holiday doesnt bother us...taxis to the old town were €14 which we were happy with...it was a 30 min walk to the beach we timed it but we only did it once as you have to cross some very busy rds....there is a great supermarket 100 yards across the rd from the villa the mercado which is just like any asda in the uk...the beds in the villa were fine...the showers were fine...the furniture was all good ...we didnt use the big living room tv as we all had tablets to watch...the pool is brilliant we were in it 3 times a day...my 7 yr old grandson had the best time in it....we bought 8 mosquito repellent candles which i would highly recommend for the outside seating area ...we lit them every night as 3 of the 5 of us were severely bit by mosquitoes and needed to go to the chemist on 3 separate occasions during our 7 night stay....come prepared....as i have to get antibiotics now as my bites are infected....but thats not the fault of the villa.....when we had our first breakfast in the villa we could have done with salt and pepper and cooking oil there were none so we bought it and when we left a week later we left a lot of this type of stuff for the next holuday Tennant it will make a difference to your first breakfast......we loved our stay in the villa ...graham foley

Wir waren 4 Frauen und hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche. Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und sauber.2 Schlafzimmer und der Wohn-Essbereich riechen ein bisschen muffig. Es könnten bitte auch mehr Tassen vorhanden sein.Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt Lieben Dank an Alle, die uns diesen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht haben

Villa très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison. La piscine, bien que de taille réduite, est très appréciable. La propreté est irréprochable et Alex qui gère le bien est disponible et réactif. Seul bémol : la literie ; les lits sont assez petits et les matelas ne sont pas très confortables (ou ne le sont plus). C’est vraiment dommage car pour le reste c’est un sans faute.

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick wohl gefühlt. Der Check In erfolgte problemlos. Von Alex hatten wir im Voraus schon viele nützliche Infos bekommen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Hier konnten wir nach unseren Ausflügen den Tag entspannt ausklingen lassen und uns im Pool erfrischen. Der Innenbereich ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und auch nach Ibiza Stadt ist es nicht weit. Wir können die Villa 100 % weiter empfehlen

Mega Villa

Superschönes Anwesen, ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt, toller Service, sehr symphatischer Verwalter, vieles fußläufig zu erreichen, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wonderful apartment, pool and communication!

We loved the apartment - the pool is great, comfortable beds, great kitchen set up and utensils etc and all of our comms with Maria, Andrea and Keira were brilliant. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would definitely recommend.

Mooi villa met heerlijk zwembad

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Alles was in de villa aanwezig. Op loopafstand de supermarkt en een heerlijk privé zwembad. Lopen naar Platja de’n Bossa kan maar is toch net wat te ver met de zomerse temperaturen. De lounge set buiten is wel aan vervanging toe. Verder en prachtige villa met alles erop en aan. Zeker een aanrader.
