We had a great time in the villa. Would recommend for everyone. You can just chill in the nice garden with the pool, which was a little bit bigger then we expected. At night or during the day there are plenty of taxi’s to bring you anywhere you want. Check in and check out was also very easy and friendly.

Lovely Accomodation

We enjoyed our stay in the villa. The pool was small but perfectly adequate for our need. The sunbeds provided were a good quality and very comfortable. it felt very secure with the alarm system when you went out. My only small disappointment was with the oven. When trying to cook a meal with only 1 shelf available it was difficult, just need to add another shelf and using the bottom of the oven burnt the underneath of what was being cooked. Would have been useful to have details of the buses to Eivissa and San Antonio. Lovely place overall and I would recommend to friend and family.

Lovely home in a PERFECT location with amazing hosts!

My husband and I travelled to Spain to celebrate our 10 year anniversary- it was my first time ever in Europe and Keira was so wonderful telling me everything I needed to know before we ever arrived. She went above and beyond answering all of my questions and telling me some things not to miss on the island. I can’t say enough about the excellent communication. The house itself was perfect! Very modern and well taken care of. The home is in an excellent central location without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Alex was our host when we arrived and he was just lovely! He even had champagne waiting for us because he knew it was our anniversary. And he was always just a phone call or text away, always there if we needed anything. It felt more like old friends than someone we just met, which I appreciate so much. The outdoor area is perfect and well cared for, we loved the pool and just sitting together on the patio. My feet never got hit because of the lovely turf. The house has a security system if you so choose and that made me feel even safer, even though this is a safe location. The grocery store is just a 2 minute walk. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, this was truly a wonderful experience, with amazing hosts on a BEAUTIFUL island. We will be back for sure. Thanks again.

Estancia fenomenal,un lugar tranquilo y muy bien comunicado. Aunque no tiene parking se aparca fenomenal en la zona y sin problemas. Supermercado a dos minutos. El personal que lo gestiona muy amable y atento.

Betreuung gut, Sauberkeit nicht

Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und die Betreuung der Agentur vor Ort waren nett und verlässlich und auch nur deshalb die drei Punkte von mir! Das Objekt an sich war bei Übergabe in einem nicht akzeptablen Zustand…….Ofen total verdreckt, Arbeitsoberfläche in der Küche komplett klebrig, verschütteter Kaffee an der ganzen Wand entlang und in großen Flecken noch auf dem Boden neben dem Mülleimer sodass klar war dass hier insuffizient gesäubert wurde! Auf Nachfrage bei der Agentur wurde für den Folgemorgen zwar ein weiterer Termin zum Säubern ausgemacht aber für diesen Preis der Wohnung geht das so gar nicht! Es wurde entschuldigend erklärt dass die Reinigungskräfte „eine harte Saison“ hinter sich hätten, aber wenn am Tag der Ankunft eine Mitarbeiterin der Agentur vor Ort ist, muss man da sofort nach schauen und sofort entgegenwirken bevor der Gast kommt!

Lovely little place

Property was clean, it’s ideal for family of 4 where the 2 kids don’t mind sharing a room. Good location to get around the island. Very quiet neighbourhood. Mercadona a 2 minute walk, couple of nice places to eat in walking distance. 100s of other places within a 5 minute drive. We had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with quickly, no dramas.

Lovely little home from home

Lovely apartment - Maria was great. Could of done with some water in the fridge on arrival. The only thing that would stop us coming back is no AC in the bedrooms as none of us slept well at all as was so hot :( Great little pool and had everything you needed.

Vanaf 1e moment van contact, tot moment van vertrek uit woning was alles goed geregeld, op tijd, nauwkeurig. Woning is compleet, is schoon en ziet er fantastisch uit. Ligging is super, zwembad naast de keuken is na dag strand een verademing.

Ibiza getaway

Quiet neighbourhood location but a 30 min walk into Ibiza town and beach. Great large supermarket nearby offering all items. Taxi from airport circa 13 euros and only 6 minutes so a very short transfer time. Would recommend to friends but only those willing to do lots of walking or pay for taxi rides.

Lovely villa, amazing quiet location

We had such a lovely week, the villa has everything you need and is in such a great location - we hired a car so we could see the island and there is free parking right near the villa. Its also a good location if you want to get any of the local buses. Is in walking distance to restaurants, and a very good supermarket. The whole team were very helpful and were quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet area which also has great access to the more lively parts of the island

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Mein Mann und haben einen spontanen Abstecher nach Ibiza unternommen und diese hübsche Unterkunft entdeckt Nicht zu sehr im Gewühl von Ibiza Stadt gelegen, aber alles war sehr schnell erreichbar Supermarkt konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen Die Unterkunft war für uns zwei gut ausgestattet Da wir viel die Insel erkundet haben, war der kleine Garten/ Innenhof mit kleinem Pool ganz ok Besonders gut war der Empfang mit Marcos!!! Sind mit der Fähre angereist und um 6.00 angekommen. Konnten gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis schon sofort in die Villa. Haben uns nur irgendwie verfahren. Marcos hat uns aber total entspannt geholfen und uns an der falschen Stelle abgeholt . Nochmals danke!!!
