Nice location, but discription not meet real situation (No Internet, no WLAN for example)

+ Nice location, sea easy to reach with almost no contact to traffic, + nice swimming-pool + appartment contained all equipments, + appartment was clean - bedroom with steep stairs and only about 1,4m room heigth -> might be difficult for older people to manage - no internet /WLAN & no television (not like described)

Tolle Wohnung in einer tollen Ferienwohnanlage

Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb in der Pierre et Vacances-Anlage mit sehr schönem Blick auf Port Grimaud und das Meer. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, wobei die Treppe zu dem Doppelbett unter dem Dach etwas steil geraten ist. Die Loggia ist wunderbar, bei Sonne und bei weniger gutem Wetter. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit ca. 20 min. Fussweg sehr angenehm. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder gerne.

La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. C’est très calme, juste le chant des cigales. Le coin cuisine est pratique, la salle de bain aussi. L’accès à la plage (sable fin) est facile, en passant devant les deux piscines de la propriété et en traversant un camping. Il y’a des terrains multisports, basketball, tennis, ping-pong, pétanque. Le Port-Grimaud est accessible à pied, 2 supérettes à proximité. L’appartement a été idéal pour 3 personnes, et pourrait l’être pour 4. Le bémol serait le manque de placards et un volet du côté cabine. Si le canapé lit est ouvert il reste peu d’espace dans l’appartement.

Superbes vacances aux Parcs de Grimaud.

Magnifique résidence, cadre idyllique, superbe piscine, proximité de la plage. A proximité de Port Grimaud et de ses diverses activités. Position centrale pour visite de l'arrière pays. Propriétaire disponible et sérieux. A conseiller sans hésitation.
