This is our second home and has been specially designed to meet our very best of beachfront requirements (Not a party place!! We are very careful to who we rent to and will only consider families who will respect our place as if it was their own).

You will fall in love with the views of white sand and crystal-clear waters from our spacious, well-decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium (beach level). You are surrounded by water, and every room offers a water view. Directly on the beach. Nothing but sand between you and the ocean. Best views and best beach access on the island. Imagine opening your screened lanai door and stepping right onto the sand. The crystal blue clear gulf waters are straight ahead.

With the close view of the ocean, it is easy to spot dolphins, manatee, and native birds during the day while lounging in cushioned chaise lounge chairs, Adirondack beach chairs and multiple large sun umbrellas. Another option is the sitting in our comfy teak rockers in comfort of the airconditioned enclosed lanai. You will find a brand new, new soft reclining leather coach, chairs, Six-foot electric fireplace, 85-inch Samsung TV, Waterfall Granet kitchen, high-end appliances and much more. All bedrooms and bathrooms have been coastal designed. Master bedroom has king bed; guest bedroom has two full size beds. My personal favorite, especially if you play guitar is the Zaar guitar we showcased on the living room wall and that's available for you to use.

All bedrooms have either a direct ocean view or intercoastal. And in the evening, you will be captivated by the spectacular sunsets and the soothing sounds of the surf gently lulling you to sleep - it’s all right at your doorstep! Here is the view.

Beachfront doesn't get any better ! Located at Turtle Beach on Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida, this vacation home has the best of both worlds -- the beach in front and the Intercostal and bring your boat. We have compliantly docks for you to us. Plus, a heated swimming pool in the middle.

YOUR OWN BEACH - YOUR OWN BOAT DOCK
We believe our condo has the most unique setting anywhere with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and your own private dock for your boat on the other you can go boating on Blind Pass lagoon and enter into the intercostal waterway. Almost no property has water on both sides.

BRING YOUR BOAT OR RENT ONE
If you bring your own boat, or rent one during your stay, you are welcome to use any of the boat docks at Fisherman’s Cove free of charge.

Kayak rental and tours are also within easy walking distance; as are boat rentals, Jet Ski rentals, fishing guides and other activities. The fishing is great from both our beach and the bay. Snook, Sheephead, various members of the Jack family, Flounder and Cobia are common, and if you stay with us midyear, don’t be surprised if you hook into a large Tarpon.

Turtle Beach Vacay

We stayed at Turtle Beach and it did not disappoint! The condo was clean, spacious and had anything we needed for the beach or in the kitchen. We loved the location. We got to fish on the bay, hang on the beach, kayak, and eat out at the many restaurants in the area. We loved this place!!

This place, was in every way, accommodating to the needs of a young family. It lacked nothing from a packnplay to cooking essentials. Three wide screen tv’s that all worked to the bath towels and beach equipment. And then of course the beach and ocean was right out the door.

Perfect Vacation Location

There is nothing not to like about this condo. It is clean and updated with attractive furnishing and lots of amenities. The owners are very attentive and have done everything possible to assure their guests a wonderful vacation. This property is great for young families and granparents and everyone in between! The beach is at your doorstep and the sunsets are amazing. It was our first visit to Siesta Key and Fisherman's Cove and we would like to return each year.

Wonderful place for a wonderful vacation

My sister and I had a very memorable vacation at John and Lynn's rental condo. From the moment we opened the front door and saw the gulf, we were in Paradise. John and Lynn make their condo feel just like home! They provide everything you need from a Keurig to a Kayak! We highly recommend this vacation heaven and will most definitely be back next year. Turtle Beach is nice and private and with Siesta Key just a short bike ride away, you get the best of both worlds. We also visited St. Armands and met the nicest people.

Absolutely PERFECT

This was our third trip to Fisherman's Cove. It is the perfect spot for us. This condo is the absolute best location, being on the first floor with the door opening directly on to the beach. Everything you could possibly need for your week is right there, except for your bathing suit! Owner answered all of our questions and concerns promptly. It is our sincere hope to return in the next year or two. Thank you, John!

This property is MORE than what's shown in the photos! Nicely renovated and decorated with beautiful views from every window. Outfitted with everything needed for cooking, relaxing and enjoying the beach. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Weather wasn't normal for January, so didn't use the kayak but nice that it was available. My goals of decompressing and slowing down to start my retirement were met in this beautiful oasis on the Gulf. Fantastic condo right on Turtle Beach and John was a great host!

My family and I loved this condo. Beautiful view of the beautiful Gulf waters and Turtle Beach. I spent every morning with a cup of coffee in my hand watching the sun come up. Being able to step out the back door into the sand was a perfect way to spend the week. It was so convenient having our condo just a few steps from our spot on the beach. I highly recommend a visit to Siesta Key and if you do visit Siesta Key I highly recommend you stay in this unit. If this unit isn’t available for your dates...change your dates. When we return to Siesta Key we will stay here!

Finest spot of paradise in Siesta!

Thank you again Lynn & John for sharing your beautiful condo with our family! We an incredible time at Fisherman's Cove and loved the condo! The water was beautiful and right outside the lanai door. Never have we been so close to the water in our times visiting Florida. Took our littlest one on a kayak adventure one day and saw many manatee and jumping fish. What fun! The amenities of the condo were perfect for us and never wanted for anything. Thank you again so much! We'll be back next fall.

Unit was as described. Clean. Lots of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Great sunset views from lanai. Master bedroom fan did not work on arrival but owner had it replaced within a couple of days. New washer/dryer. Closets contained lots of extra bedding. Only a few steps to uncrowded beach. Beach however is somewhat narrow and steep. Over all we had enjoyable stay.

Best Hosts and Location on Siesta Key!

I truly do not think you can find better hosts than John and Lynn; or a more outstanding condo than this one. I have never stayed at a condo so well provisioned; our hosts anticipated every need. John even called our first night to ensure we were settling in ok and asked if we needed anything else. The condo is lovely, clean, updated and located on the bottom corner of the building. You are literally steps from the beach. Turtle Beach is on the quiet end of the island -- the gulf on one side; the intercoastal on the other. The setting cannot be beat. You don't have the horrible crowds, yet you are one fun, quick trolley ride away from all the action of the Village. This location had the feeling of "old" Florida, offering a truly natural beach experience. No need to rush out early to claim your tiny spot on the sand. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough.

Excellent rental

What more could you ask for? Walk directly onto beach, no stairs, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, kayaks, even suntan lotion awaited us! John was very helpful & kind. We appreciated the bottle of wine after a long day of traveling. The kitchen was fully stocked & we were grateful for the extras. We enjoyed the kayak several days. Easy walk to best restaurants. Wonderful beach & quiet. Condo was very comfortable and we would certainly return here. The only drawback is that the sand on Turtle Beach is not the white soft sand they have on Crescent Beach. We were told that due to beach erosion, they had to bring sand in. We also had to check out at 9am, which was a little inconvenient since we had a late afternoon flight. Overall, we highly recommend this condo with its friendly owners.

Great location but even greater hospitality!

This condo is perfect for so many reasons. It is convenient as it is on the first floor and opens right out to the beach. The owners, John and Lynn, really make you feel at home. They think of everything. What is really nice is that they provide you with all the little extras that mean so much. We have traveled on over 35 vacations, and this by far was the best equipped and prepared for us. We also traveled with another family who rented a different condo. By far, these owners know what they are doing. Having the washer and dryer along with the fishing rod and kayak and wave boards - all the extras that make it seem like you are at home. If we travel to this area again, we will come back without out a doubt. The condo is clean and bright and well supplied. The location is perfect, and we cooked home all but one night. We used the community charcoal grill, and we spent every night on the beach watching the most beautiful sunsets. We could not have asked for more.

Even Better Than Expected

I searched through countless websites and VRBO listings to find this little corner of heaven. So glad we picked this unit as it was perfect for our family of four. Each of our two children had his/her own bed and separate bathroom. No need to pack beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, binoculars, or skim/boogie boards. All this and more is provided to guests. A bottle of wine and personal note left out upon arrival plus little water bottles and a six-pack of beer in the fridge. Also many condiments (mayo, ketchup, salad dressing, etc.), trash bags, paper towels, aluminum foil, zipper baggies, seasonings, cooking spray and countless extras. We appreciated very much that non-perishables and toiletries were tucked away – these were likely items left behind by former renters. Most owners will instruct the cleaning staff to discard everything left behind however many of the items (laundry products, shampoos/conditioners, lotions, pantry items, etc.) were so nice to have. The décor is fresh and welcoming. I only wish there was a garbage disposal and upgraded dishwasher. We loved that the condo faces west – sunsets over the water were incredible. The best thing about this property was the proximity to Turtle Beach. We literally had the beach for a backyard. Being able to set up our umbrella & chairs in the morning and have access to the condo throughout the day was priceless. We saved hundreds on food/drink that we otherwise would have bought from a vendor and avoided the hassle of having to pack a cooler for four for the day. We did visit Siesta Key beach twice during our stay – had to put our feet in the sugary sand and experience the calmer waters in that area. But for the convenience and access, this condo can’t be beat!

Lovely condo, amazing hosts, and a wonderful vacation

If you are thinking of renting this condo, just do it. You won't regret it. I still don't know how we found this property out of so many listings. John was very thoughtful in his communication and called several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We had EVERYTHING. The condo is very clean and beautiful and most conveniently it was so well stocked. We had everything we could ever have needed... toys, towels, umbrellas, chairs, a kayak, and not just those things but condiments, toiletries, kitchen items like spices and oil, even non perishable food stuff in the pantry. I could go on and on. If we were without something, it was there. A bottle of wine and a few beers in the fridge were waiting for us upon arrival as well. John and Lynn also left detailed information for getting around, dining, things to do, etc. All of the thoughtfulness made a vacation with 2 very young children SO easy. The location was amazing. It is right on the beach but far enough back from the water that kids could play right outside and we could see them from the big windows. The unit gets some foot traffic passing by but the blinds are easy to put up and down for privacy. Sunsets from the lanai were unreal. The beach is very clean and was not at all crowded. The waves were small but strong and there are lots of shells so we were happy to have some water shoes with us. (I saw a pair or two at the condo as well!) We did see a manatee in the surf, but none in the canal out front. We also saw a big tortoise right at the condo. The saltwater pool was smaller but very clean and also never crowded; mostly other families with young children. There is a cute shaded playground nearby and also a restaurant within walking distance. We don't usually vacation in the same place twice but I would definitely consider returning to Siesta Key if I could be sure to get this condo again. Only for longer this time. We will be recommending it to everyone we know.

Great property and location and all of the water toys you could possibly need are on site. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book again on next trip. The only negative was no internet service. I let the property manager now about this issue after the 4th night of very touch and go service that had me rebooting the comcast box approximately 20 times. Manager did not get the box replaced prior to leaving 6 days later.

The entertainment center includes a new 55' HD 1080p Flat Screen TV with HD cable service and upgraded package to include 250+ channels (most other units have basic cable with 40 channels and no HD TV). Entertainment center also has a Blu-ray/DVD player and stereo. Both the Master and guest bedrooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, flat screen TV’s and large closets (master has a walk-in closet). Master bathroom has ceramic tile, granite counter-tops and a walk-in double shower. Guest bathroom has ceramic tile, granite counter-tops and a tub/shower.

A new Washer/Dryer is provided for your convenience and lounge chairs, beach chairs, beach toys and coolers are provided for your enjoyment.

For your convenience, your reserved parking space is straight across from the entrance.

It is surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico on the west side and a private lagoon that leads to the inter-coastal waterway (ICW) on the east side. Swim, surf, boat, kayak, paddle board, fish, gather sea shells and shark’s teeth, or take long walks along the beach. Free boat dock provided outside your front door for trips on the ICW. Bring your own boat, or rent a boat locally for the duration of your stay and dock it here for free.
